Only unfortunate thing is they don't have a dressing room to try on clothes. - 6x Performance socks ($9.98 USD each) - these are our go to for sports. Great quality and the freshtek infinit material is guaranteed for life. - Complex athletic short ($17.49 USD) - cheapest I've seen their athletic shorts. Comfy, nice material. When she finally cracked the door open, she accused us of being "audacious" for even asking--and then shut the door in our faces. It was shockingly rude, completely unprofessional, and shows a total lack of communication between staff. We were treated with zero courtesy, despite following their instructions exactly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects terribly on the business. They need better training for their staff. I'll gladly take my business next door--there's no shortage of luxury brands that actually know how to treat their customers with respect.

This spot is at the back corner of the Livermore outlets closest to the Freeway exit side of the outlets. I love shopping at H&M, they've typically got good deals. You can get lots of plain clothes like sweats, shirts, hoodies, etc here. They're quality clothes at a fair/good rate. The customer service here lacks a bit. I then asked the staff at the register if I can purchase that one. She immediately asked another staff to cover the register and went to the back to check if they had any more in stock. A few minutes later she came back and told me they don't. So she took off the dress from the mannequin and let me purchase it. She was very nice and friendly the entire time.
