The door may be locked but Heather was ready to greet me at the door with such a welcoming energy. I felt shy and awkward at first but talking with her I felt more comfortable. You can dress to your comfort level. Prior to the spray, Heather went over the maintenance and tips for having a good tan. It should last about a week when you maintain it and follow the instructions. The spray process itself took about 10-15 mins, very fast. At the end you can use the blower tool to dry out the spray application. Booking was easy using the Vagaro website and Heather reached out as well to see if I had any further questions which I appreciated as a first timer. Overall loved the application process and the communication. Look forward to getting more comfortable with spray tans!

Then, my appointment was canceled again, they must get sick frequently at Zendulgence or I am just very unlucky. Finally, I have my last appointment. I had 2 add-ons. My massage was 60 minutes with 2 add-ons, which took 25 minutes between the two. THEY TOOK MY MASSAGE TIME FOR THE ADD-ONS! Yes, they charge me full price for a massage of 60 minutes, they charge extra money for the add-on but did NOT add-on any time. In fact, she ended a couple of minutes early. I feel like I was swindled out of massage time for the add-ons.

If you're into fast stroke and motions and more deep intense type of massage that's her. She also did some range of motion with the limbs and stretching so it was a combination of that along with massage. She seemed to go quick over whole body and then would take her time and go back to the focus areas which was super relaxing and did a good job hitting those knots and kneading them out. My husband had Elvira and she sounded like the opposite of Danielle in terms of style - very slow paced and relaxing. He said she didn't hit any of his focus areas though that he filled out on the sheet. I told him it sounds like we should've switched masseuses haha. Tips are cash only preferably I believe.

While my lips turned out great, I left the appointment feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. From the moment I entered the room, Dr. Nadel did not introduce herself or explain the procedure. Instead, she immediately began pointing out several things she felt were "wrong" with my face and recommended additional treatments. She mentioned at least five areas she thought needed work, which felt pushy and unprofessional. If you're trying to sell additional services, there's a much more respectful and collaborative way to do so. I've since heard from others that this seems to be a pattern in her approach. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this medspea based on my experience.
