I wouldn't consider this a mall. There wasn't much to buy. There's a souvenir shop, a secondhand clothing store and a food court. The secondhand clothing store was overpriced. The food court smelled like a toilet. My daughter and I walked in there to grab a bite but the stench redirected us to the car.

Personify is a nice little boutique shop with an assortment of clothes, accessories, stationary, knick knacks, home decor, bags, and gifts. You're bound to find something in here. A lot of the things in here are very unique. Things you wouldn't find in other shops. A bulk of the items are on the higher end, but there are a few affordable items too, so just keep this in mind when visiting. All of the items are very high quality though, so it would make sense for them to be pricier. The lady working was friendly. She was happy to help while we were just looking around. While we didn't buy anything this time around, I'm sure we might the next time we stop by.

Ms Ma is very knowledgeable and has a broad collection to choose from (men, women, kids, different price ranges). She can also tailor any traditional and Western/modern clothes. She tends to over promise and not meet her deadlines. We were told 1 week turnaround for alternations for 2 pants, and it took 4 weeks. We also met some people at the shop with similar concerns. She's good at what she does, just note the timelines. Make sure you have plenty of time if you are thinking of buying a qipao for your wedding that need alterations or something similar. Note that she is planning to retire by 2026 and will close the shop.

The minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and immediately asked (without being pushy) if I need any assistance. I went in with a game plan of purchasing one item if any at all and I ended up walking out with 4 items. I was also offered to have them put the items I pulled from the racks in a dressing room for me. (Tugged at my retail working heartstrings. I don't see that request too often these days). Felt good about my purchases especially after seeing a coupon deal of 10% if you sign up on their text message listserv. I'm all about a good deal and happy to save where I can. I highly recommend this boutique for the following reasons: -great customer service experience. Friendly staff! Not pompous at all. -great prices. Very reasonable price point! Seriously. It will make it harder to shop at other boutiques -clean and organized shop -well stocked of all sizes and styles that I was interested in. First, the cutest, nicest girls work here. After we commiserated on why, exactly, Cup (the only coffee store ever in TB) flopped, I took a pass around the store. So many pretties I would buy if I had a shopping budget (that's another story) - including the chic dress I put up as a picture for you. Swingy tops - so transitional! - and really, all the pieces of clothing I'd buy from dresses to tops and more. One thing I did notice is that there really isn't a jeans selection. Kinda odd, but there are other boutiques I can visit for that. Pretty, reasonably priced jewelry selection, especially in necklaces. Overall, quite reasonable prices, for the kind of pretty stuff they have (not the kind of place you visit for work basics, on the whole - except for that dress I found). Her pieces manage to be vintage and modern all at once and I just love them. When I saw that Boogaloos had a Scoutmob, I was thrilled at the thought of getting one for a bargain. Unfortunately, while Eva's size 12 always fits me like a glove, Boogaloos has apparently opted not to stock them. Or size 10s. Or really even size 8s. I think I found one dress in a size large in the entire store, and I saw one size 10 from Max & Cleo: they make up to a size 16. Maybe the bigger sizes go first. Maybe a gaggle of size 10 and 12 girls came through and bought out the entire store. But my guess is that this isn't the case and that Boogaloos chooses to stock sizes 0-6 predominantly. And that makes me sad. I don't know if this is a problem at their other location, but I know that even with the Scoutmob I won't be coming back here unless I hear that this was a weird fluke. I wouldn't be writing this review if it was just the 12s that they didn't have, but the fact that it was sooo skewed toward small really made me frustrated and annoyed. A bummer, for sure. For those of you who *are* able to shop here, FYI: the majority of dresses are in the $200-$250 range and cutesy tops are about $90+. But, really great quality and beautiful stand-alone pieces.

I randomly wandered in here while waiting for one of the restaurants next door to open. Let's just say I ended up spending way more than I expected. I walked in and was approached in a friendly and open manner. There was no pressure just a desire to help. I found amazing necklaces, a watch that I really love and many have tried to take from me as well as my favorite pair of earrings. While there I wondered what the wonderful smell was, throughout the store there were candles that they sell there. They are ribbon wick candles. Those are a little pricey but worth every penny. Once you use the whole candle the holders are nice enough to reuse as something else or a holder for another candle. It's a great place to find gifts for friends, girlfriends, wives, and co-workers. Everything I have purchased there has been great quality. I'm over due for a visit but plan to get myself a birthday present there.

I contacted her mid day on Friday and she was able to hem my pants before the end of her workday on Saturday. There was a rush fee added to the price of the hem, which was completely understandable. She was very friendly, and her prices are fair. The pants look great, too. She even does custom design and embroidery work. I will definitely keep her in mind for future sewing needs.
