A few simple questions at the time of booking could have saved us both time and money. I was unaware that not all periodontists offer sedation, and this lack of communication made the experience feel misleading. I immediately requested a different staff member and was assisted by Bella, who was kind, professional, and completely changed the atmosphere of the visit. I also brought the situation to the attention of Austin and Dr. Maria because I felt it was important for management to be aware of what occurred. While I appreciate Bella's professionalism and the office's willingness to switch staff members, the initial interaction left a very negative impression. This location doesn't discuss preventive care much with patients, so it is important to make sure you ask them, to keep the work they do intact.
