Central Ohio Endodontics, Westerville…read more The level of care was exceptional. I have anxiety and had never had a root canal before, so I was definitely nervous going into and during the appointment. I had honestly never even heard of endodontics before the term "root canal" started being dropped into scheduling and conversation for me. It was nothing like I had imagined. Thank you to Dr. Sloan Lanctot and Dani. You were both truly amazing. You were attentive, listened, never made me feel rushed, and made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. Wouldn't recommend a root canal for the fun of it, but the entire experience was better with you, and better than I could have ever imagined or expected. The office in Westerville is beautiful! It's new and think they have only been at this address a few months. I had a 9 AM appointment, arrived around 8:30 AM, and had no issues finding parking. The office and facility are clean and modern with new equipment. Everything felt as comfortable as could be, and the service from check in through the next day follow up was friendly and appreciated. Helpful notes: Upon arrival, the restrooms are on the second floor, directly across from the elevators. They are only accessible before you enter the suite. WiFi: COE Guest Password: COEWireless Brief summary: Really great experience at the 121 W. Wilson Bridge Road location. I was very impressed with the care I received and would absolutely recommend Dr. Lanctot and the team. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

When it comes to relieving it, you will not receive better care from another endodontic group. I've had 4 root canals in the last four years, three from Dr. Menke and one from Dr. Arens at the Dublin and Westerville offices, and each time, I have left feeling truly cared for. Professionalism and expertise is top tier. Dr. Menke has done the last three root canals for me and makes it a point to check on his patients the next day personally to see how things are. When was the last time a medical professional did that in our world? Best guy ever! The first root canal I had was an emergency two days before Xmas in '22 during a blizzard. A two-hour drive turned into three, and my whole head throbbed with pain. Walking out into a field and lying down was definitely on the table. If you know, you know. Dr. Arens took one look at me and in one minute, the pain was gone. The endodontist in Chillicothe I had gone to first actually had numbed my mouth, then looked down and said, "No. I'm not doing it. Your mouth is too small. Just have it pulled." Yep. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Dr. Arens saved my tooth. Despite my frequent brushing and flossing, old fillings have broken or fallen out, requiring more dental work as I've gotten older. Despite the 2-hr drive, Central Ohio Endodonics will always be my first choice for future work. The office staff is also kind and professional - very empathetic - and thoughtful, extending the exemplary dental care to the finish line. I appreciate everyone there. Do yourself a favor and just go there.

I am so happy to have found Perimeter. They took the time to listen to my dental history and were sensitive to my nervousness about dentist. The tech was wonderful and asked about my comfort throughout the cleaning. The dentist was lovely and friendly. Even the receptionist was exceptional. The entire experience helped start to heal the PTSD I carry from past poor dental experiences. They offered some services that have never been offered before like removing my permanent retainer and getting removable ones that only need worn at night. It is refreshing to have a team that cares about their patients.

Dr. Ettrich's owns his practice in Powell, close to the intersection of Powell Rd & Sawmill. I knew I needed a root canal for about a month but put it off, dumb me. I was awaken Friday night in terrible pain and called their office at 12:30 am, knowing I would get their VM. I wanted to see if they were open on Saturday. Someone called me Saturday morning and said they were closed Saturday's but the Dr, rearranged his schedule Monday to get me in. I was very thankful. What I love is that Dr. Ettrich is super cool and laid back, very personable and easy to talk to. It's almost like he's a long lost buddy you're visiting. Dr. Ettrich is VERY gentle and will do whatever you need or it takes so you are completely relaxed and comfortable during your procedure. He specializes and only does root canals and my dentist personally recommended him and now I know why. This is my 2nd visit to Dr. Ettrich and while I really like him, hopefully there are no more root canals in my future. I highly recommend him if you ever find yourself in need of a root canal, you can't go wrong. Honestly the only "eh" part is getting the novacaine shot, but even that is easy in the way he gives them to you and for my big baby butt to say that DOES say alot, trust me.

I came on my first visit I was completely impressed by the atmosphere, they even have charges for your cell phone if you need it. I sat down in the lady kept asking me if I have insurance, I informed her that I did but she keep asking as if she didn't believe me. Then Kelly took very through x-rays and she knows how to put you at ease as if you are at Disney world. The people here are great, but some rough patches with communication. It was discovered that I needed a lot of work done, including a root canal, which I feared would be the case. So I set an appointment to get this done, but I set an earlier appointment to get the crown done, so that I wouldn't lose the filling I had from A previous time. So when I can to the appointment, the lady said okay, I understand we are doing a root canal, and clean the left side of your mouth. and was confused because I was there for something completely different, I think one of the things that should be done is have something written out which plan of action is being taken at each appointment, so their is no confusion, especially in cases when their is a lot of work to be done. They made it work with my insurance, that is the thing that I am most grateful about this place, Dr Papp is legendary, I have a maybe a handful of dentist in my life, and from my experience, he is truly, a cut above the rest. when I went to my 4th appointment, the root canal that final got done, was a supper-smooth process, he dialogs great with customers, and he is world class. If you get a choice I would go With "big papa!" That's what I call him in my head. This location doesn't discuss preventive care much with patients, so it is important to make sure you ask them, to keep the work they do intact. If you make an appointment, they will not leave you in the dark, the with email you and text you often to remind you, so they have great follow-up, But If you can't make an appointment let them know because they have a big customer base They bake cookies fresh every day so they definitely make an effort, to make a great atmosphere, But just a few things to work out.
