My orthodontist whose office is in Bexley says that's a no no for someone who had as much correction as my husband. Welp no top retainer. They put on a bottom retainer. My husband's bottom row of teeth is beginning to fold inward. I'm not even sure how this would happen. They are shaping up to be worse than before. However, Dr. Ferguson is so skilled and kind, that the experience was fine for me without the nitrous oxide. He knew I was anxious, and told me every step of the way what he was doing and about how far along we were. I had absolutely no pain either time. Both times the process was completed and new crown installed within about 2 hours. He also uses a special camera to create the new crown, so no goopy molds inside your mouth at all. I'm grateful and hope to continue seeing Dr. Ferguson for my dental needs.

When patients complain or leave Yelp reviews they further gaslight and blame the patient pretending they are not accountable for their poor decisions/treatment/care. Funny enough, their competition had NO ISSUES AT ALL with keeping me properly informed, well treated during surgery and aftercare was no problem for them... The hygentists and assistants strike me as incredibly competent. Dr. Skasko runs on time and he was able to fit me in on an emergency basis to get a crown replaced before I left for vacation. I felt completely at ease in his chair and the process was without any pain at all. My husband goes to Dr. Skasko and also commented on what a painless experience it is. Also, Dr. Skasko made a cosmetic improvement to my husband's teeth so the little gap between his two front teeth was finally closed in time for our wedding :) Can't endorse this dental practice highly enough.
