In response, he tells me that I looked like a disaster when I came to him (which was extremely rude and not even true). Then he tells me that his first appointment isn't for another six weeks. I politely responded that I was simply requesting a minimal correction, which was common courtesy in his profession. He responded by saying "good bye" and "you're blocked"!?! He also left me a scathing (and insane) voice message while I was feeding my toddler. I tried calling him back but he wouldn't respond. I'm honestly in shock right now. This man is in his 50s and claims to have been doing hair for decades. How he thinks he can treat people this way and still have clients is unfathomable to me. Oh, and he charged me $200 (would only accept cash) to do my hair at his house (which reaks of tobacco smoke) for this hair disaster that I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix for me. I was offered wine, sparkling water, and soft drinks. The salon is immaculate. The scalp massage that comes with each service was beyond words. Nelsy paid great attention to detail, which allowed me to relax and enjoy myself. The results were amazing - my hair is so soft, sleek and shiny.
