Joseph the technician that came out gave us false informaton and charged us 1200 to dig a hole and placing a camara in the pipes to see where the problem was coming from. To find out he took a picture from where he broke the pipe with his phone. He never showed us a actual live camera footage of the flow. Then what topped it off was he wanted us to pay him 11000 dollar to fix where the blockage was on the city but didnt tell us. We had to call the city to let them know we think the blockage is on there city side. When the city came out they told us differently what Joseph the technician told us. Yall dont use this company they are breaking things to charge you a higher price to fix. Its not over they will pay for this. We have reached out them but they have not reached back out to me.

We also received courtesy call prior to their arrival which was appreciated. Matt, our technician showed up as scheduled. He saw what was needed to fix the outdoor shower and had it fixed and running properly. There was no additional charge for the new part. While he was there, we had mentioned that we had a grinder pump & he was able to inspect that & clean tank out (which was full of grease). Recommend!

Don't let their professional facade fool you. This company puts on a great "dog-and-pony show" of…read morecompetence and patience to earn your trust, but the moment you are signed up, the price gouging begins. They even pretend to be overbooked, acting as if they are doing you a massive favor by "squeezing you in" or adjusting their schedule to accommodate you. We paid $300 for their "Deluxe Service," which was marketed as a proactive, comprehensive inspection. Despite this "thorough" check, the system failed within 48 hours in the exact area they were supposed to have serviced When we called them back to address the oversight, the "warranty" they claim to provide was non-existent. Instead, they charged $155/hour (a rate significantly higher than industry standards) and utilized predatory "flat-rate billing blocks." This meant we were billed for 3 hours of labor for a job that took a fraction of that time. When you add their 50-75%+ markup on parts, you realize you are now paying 4x-5x their initial visit price because they have you over a barrel Key reasons to stay away: Failed Inspections: Their "comprehensive" service is a facade. They failed to identify basic issues during a paid maintenance visit, then charged a premium to return and "discover" their own oversight. Predatory Billing: They require your credit card upfront so they can process the invoice immediately. This is a tactic to bypass any billing disputes--they take your money before you even have a chance to contest the unreasonable hours or egregious markups. Zero Integrity from Management: When these failures were brought to their attention, there was zero accountability and no attempt to make it right. They hide behind silly excuses rather than standing behind the quality of their workmanship or promised warranty. Do yourself a favor and find a reliable, honest plumber in the area. There are several of them, and this business unfortunately isn't one of them. Finally, don't be fooled by their public response to this (and other) reviews; they are experts at explaining away their incompetence and unprofessionalism with corporate-sounding excuses. Don't fall for it -- their lack of transparency, accountability and professionalism speak for themselves.
