Not had to use it yet but, this review is for the sales, install and service thus far and my business dealings with Hual Electric. Josh was my estimator and installer. He's like an avatar/robot. Showed up on time, explained everything to the simplest detail and gave me an estimate that was fair. On schedule, a few days later, he returned and installed the equipment and ensured everything was iaw local electrical code. He rewired everything from the weather-head to the generator itself and everything in between. He ensured the worksite was cleaned up and that I was 100% satisfied and educated on the system. The front office staff was great too. Welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (especially Jessica O.) Overall: I highly recommend.

McCord Electric showed us several options. We were not familiar with LED lighting. Marty took a lot of his time to explain the new fixtures and the pros and cons of each. This rating service has a poor reputation. I always check Google ratings for more up to date references. For instance, my comments always show here because I have been providing feedback, positive and negative, for ten years. There could be one hundred good recommendations by 100 legit people on here and the service will not allow them to show. So even is the complaint were legit, it is not fair to hide the 99 that liked someone's work.
