They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. Thank you Degraaf Electrical Services for once again taking care of my electrical issues. You folks are the best, my first and only call when I need electrical work.

From scheduling an inspection, to receiving a quote and waiting on the work, the staff at Mr. Electric were friendly and absolutely professional. Mr. Electric offered great communication through email, phone calls, and texts. The inspector provided an electronic invoice with pictures that made it super easy to submit to insurance. Before the technicians arrived, I received a text with the two technicians pictures - talk about putting us at ease! When the technicians arrived, we could not have asked for more friendly and professional men. Bryce Stowell knew exactly what needed to be done and educated us each step of the way. He and his assistant, James Gray, worked their tails off to get everything repaired and even called in to FPL so they could reconnect us. The best part of the new box was the updated generator plug in. We are so grateful for Bryce and James and Mr. Electric. Thank you for your excellent work!

Replaced & upgraded all switches, outlets & upgraded both bath exhaust fans. 1.5 years later, everything in the master bath & 1 outlet in the master bedroom stopped getting power. All were on the SAME circuit breaker that fed the hallway, guest bath & master bedroom light/fan & outlets, all getting power. The 2 workers came over, checked the junction boxes in the attic which were good. Now I'm stumped. They ended up finding an outlet in the master bedroom - that had power - but the (aluminum) wire from the outlet that fed the master bath had been overstressed by the renter (i.e. heating iron overstressing the single circuit) had heated up the bath feed wire & blistered insulation (classic sign of drawing more amperage than the circuit can handle cumulatively). Fixed in a jiffy; everythings working in the master bath now. It takes an incredible knowledge base to figure out this Scooby Doo electrical mystery on a 75 year old house & understanding of how houses were wired in 1950! The techs were immensely professional, respectful & most especially, tenacious! Thank you! I would trust them with any friend or family members electrical problem or fix.

I had my entire HVAC system replaced by Peadon and also purchased their maintenance membership…read more Unfortunately, every maintenance visit turned into them "finding" something wrong. The biggest red flag was being told that my 3‑year‑old system needed a full coil replacement. The part was under warranty, but Peadon still charged nearly $3,000 for labor. I later learned their maintenance techs earn a percentage of the repair bill, which explains why issues were constantly being identified. A system this new should not require major component replacements, and the constant upselling made me lose trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Peadon.

Anyway, Scapin came to the rescue just a few short days later and took care of it. Initial charge to have them come out was around $125 (I think) plus the cost of labor and a new switch box they had to add on, it came up to $190 total. A bit pricey, but I was happy with the job they did. The payment system could be better. For one you can't pay the workers up front you have to wait on them to mail you the bill, they said they would email me the invoice which I preferred but that email never arrived. They accept credit card but you are responsible for paying the 7% convenience or credit card charge (not sure if that's what they call it). You also have the option to pay them cash in person by driving to the business yourself. The service was good overall, my only complaint was how they handle the billing. Another one, was when I called them to request a quote on a much bigger project, they said they would call me to schedule a visit, but they never called.
