Excellent activity in Big Bear, the beautiful landscape from the helicopter, nothing can match it, it will surely be one of my son's unforgettable experiences. The entire team is super friendly, 100% recommended.

Roy and his wife are fantastic. From the first phone call and arriving at Big Bear airport, to being brought out to the helicopter in the golf cart and Roy's expert flying skills, everything is TOP NOTCH. I've been up with Roy twice now and he always makes me feel very secure with his flying. He's also interested in chatting with you all the while pointing out stuff on the ground. Prices are very reasonable: $35=7 mins, $55=11 mins, $75=15 mins $95=20 mins $125=25 mins $150=30 mins $175=35 mins $200=40 mins $225=45 mins Sunset tour: $137.50 for 25 mins Going up in one of these birds is unforgettable. This is definitely one of the top 5 highlights to see/do when visiting Big Bear. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that's town & looking for something pretty cool to do.

Beautiful day over a big Bear Lake.

Been up to big bear at least four times in the last couple years but I've never really paid any attention to the helicopter tour advertisements, posted all over town. I guess I just always thought it would be way too much money. This time, while we were up here, I happen to be thumbing through the Big Bear guide book to the Valley at the hotel and came across the ad for these tours. Pricing was super reasonable, especially for a helicopter ride, which I would think is something on everyone's bucket list, or at least on mine anyway. We took the Kilo tour and even though it was a fantastic tour, for me and the kids, the best part was the takeoff and landing so if I were offering anyone advice on which tour to take, I'd suggest the Romeo. Once you're in the air, as you can imagine, you get a beautiful view of big Bear. The entire ride from takeoff to landing was super smooth. Cash is king up here so make sure you bring cash to get their excellent discount. The owner is the pilot and is a super experienced and a fantastic guy that really loves his job. I'm so glad that he decided to create this business so that folks like me can experience such a great activity.

I didn't like how Jennifer was rude to my best friend over the phone when she asked for an appointment. She had an attitude and it wasn't very helpful considering the fact that our stay at Big Bear wasn't very welcoming. Roy was a nice guy, very friendly and a pleasant pilot. The helicopter tour really made up for our stay up there.

When in Big Bear is definitely a must do, decided to book a flight for my daughter's birthday, it was first time for her, Roy explained everything and gave us a nice tour, given the new procedures and the times him and Jennifer followed all protocols and made it a great fun experience, with such great views. Will do again, maybe try in winter.

My husband and I have had the pleasure to have gone on the helicopter ride twice now with ROY. One sunset Experience and one Delta experience. This is a definite Adventure to do in big bear.

Me and my girlfriend rented a cabin for a few days just to get away. I decided to surprise her with a helicopter ride. She's never been in any type of aircraft so she, and also I were a bit nervous. The pilot was very reassuring, kind and was attentive to our nerves and explained everything and totally changed the mood to excitement. The view is beautiful and the ride is almost therapeutic and you're in awe the entire time. This is a great experience and the prices wont cost you an arm and a leg, extremely reasonable. 10/10 would do again!

The pilot took this for us! And we appreciate it.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed this helicopter tour. I was worried that it would feel choppy or bumpy but it didn't, it was pretty smooth. Also we upgraded from the Romeo tour, to the Juliet tour and it was worth it! We got to see so much more of big Bear in that extra time. The clouds were beautifully fluffy and the lake was so much bigger than we give it credit. I recommend that you call ahead and let them know you want to upgrade, the time goes by fast, so the more air time you get the better! This was something we wanted to check off our bucket list and it feels great. Also I suggest a go pro or just multiple phones out , we were so caught up in the moment (as it should be) that we didn't take as many pictures as we planned. Enjoy yourselves!

We had the 30-min tour and OMG this was simply mind blowing!! Roy was very welcoming and informative on security measures as well as the region. We had so much fun and it flew by so fast!! This was a birthday surprise from my boyfriend and totally recommend it to anyone. What an experience!!!!

WOW!!! FANTASMIC!!! My first time in a helicopter and Roy, our pilot did not disappoint. I called three times to get information from Roy and Jennifer were friendly, wonderful, and willing to answer my questions and provide more information. It was quick & easy to make a reservation. Once we got to the airport, Jennifer streamlined the paperwork and prepared us for what would happen next. I appreciate her business like demeanor and attention to safety details. Clear, concise instructions to keep us safe. Our flight took place on a clear day in March and was glorious! Roy pointed out all the sights, answered questions about the city, the mountains, and lakes surrounding us. The helicopter is in great condition and very comfortable to sit in. I would definitely do it again!!! Can't say enough good things about this experience.

I did my homework looking around form a flight school that was a good fit for me…read more Chris, the owner, rolled out the red carpet and showed me around. I got to meet many of his instructors. All were great guys, great to talk to, all very experienced, competent and patient. I continued to look at other schools, as I wanted to make the best choice for me. So, I booked a lesson, Mark is my assigned instructor. The guy was awesome! I've flown quite a bit previously, this was an aircraft I was not familiar with. Mark gave me a great run down of the plane, and had me do the pre-flight myself, but supervising to make sure I didn't miss anything, which was perfect, I learn best by doing things myself, Mark zeroed in on that, and let me do my thing, and alerted me to anything that I missed and explained it. That was perfect. Mark had me taxi, I was unfamiliar with this aircraft, and a little nervous about it, but Mark zeroed in on that and encouraged me to taxi, and get familiar with the rudder controls, and get the feeling for it. Mark was super patent the entire time and kept giving me information, and also had me using the radio, holding me to performing as PIC, he didn't let me allow my nervousness to hold me back, he comfortably encouraged me to push forward. Which again is how I learn the best. Chris was there, overseeing operations and checking in with me as to how it was going. Again, what a great guy. Both of these men had a great sense of humor, were encouraging. I'm used to flying a very old C172, and these aircraft are very new with very modern avionics that I am not familiar with, but eased me into finding everything. What this did was give me just enough to want to jump back into lessons feet first. What a great day. I'm anxious to have my next lesson with my instructor, and fly as many planes as they offer so I can have experience flying several aircraft They make becoming a pilot lots of fun. Yeah, I got very nervous being in an unfamiliar aircraft, and the modern avionics intimidated me, but Mark kept me busy and hands on, and didn't let me talk myself out of adapting to the modern avionics. A little on the aircraft, it was a very new airplane, very sensitive and responsive to the controls, I'm using to a very old 172 that is like pushing draft horse around, these aircraft respond to a light touch, this is teaching me to fly a modern plane that flies like it is supposed to that didn't make me have to wrestle with the controls like I am accustomed to, which made that plane a pleasure to operate. My only complaint is that it is not my day to fly today! And I want to fly more. I have to pay as I go, so, I'm flying on a budget, yet Chris and Mark are good with that, and have a plan to keep me flying often, and keep on learning. This is exactly the kind of learning environment that I need. I am impressed. I can't speak highly enough about the school or the quality of instruction. This is exactly what I need, as in my not so distant future, I am acquiring my own airplane, and am going to tour 48 states by air. I'll be traveling alone, and these guys are giving me thorough instruction to help me grow into a competent and confident pilot so I can accomplish my dreams. So, if you're looking for a great flight school, with great instructors that are other yet will push you to learn hands on, and flying NEWER aircraft, you'd be hard pressed to find a better school. The school is a very veteran friendly place, treating this old Jar Head like a VIP. SEMPER FI.
