You can tell she is genuine and wants to help you. She gave me a great price for a cut and the keratin. My hair cut was perfect and the keratin treatment has changed my life. I have very thick and long hair that took about 25-30 minutes to blow dry. After blow drying I would have to use a straightener. Who has time for that in the morning before work? Not me! Not only does Amber cut, color, and style my hair, she goes above and beyond spending time (sometimes for hours at a time on her time OFF of work) with me sitting and looking at different photos for inspiration and trying to find the best one for me. Once we have a photo of a style or color scheme, Amber will make a plan that is best suited for the health of my hair, depending on when it was last done. If it was too recently, we will book our appointment out later to avoid any possible damage from too many products in a short amount of time.
