I walked in earlier today, on a Saturday, and with no appointment I only had to wait for about 10 minutes to start the process. I was paired with the hair stylist Liz, who did a quick, clean, and professional hair cut. My hair is very dense and thick, and at other salons, the hair stylists have complained at the amount of hair I have on my head, but Liz was extremely professional, understanding my hair as she combed through it and leaving me to relax in peace while she calmly cut my hair exactly the way I asked her to. I am the type of person who uses a hair cut as a way to relax, and she was completely on the same page as me as she created a calm environment for me to relax in as she did a fabulous job on my hair. After my cut, she made sure I liked it, and she did not make me feel bad for not wanting to get a blow-dry. She did not try to sell me any products; she simply was very polite, tranquil, yet friendly. The price was lower than low, yet the hair cut Liz created was simple yet beautiful.
