But on the bright side, I was introduced to Anna who transformed the butcher job into something manageable. (She really had her work cut out for her too.) Since then, I have not strayed. She is a very talented stylist who really listens to what you want. I have been getting my hair cut and colored by her for about 3 years and I have never been disappointed.
