What was most frustrating was that when I expressed my concerns, I felt like they were dismissed rather than addressed. Throughout the appointment, Jen seemed distracted, and I never felt that she was truly listening to what I wanted. As the appointment went on, I also felt that she became frustrated when I spoke up about the results. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unheard. I don't know whether she was having a bad day, was distracted by other things, or if this is her usual approach with clients, but the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. This salon was actually recommended to me from a previous employer because of the location I was in but now it all makes sense to why they no longer work there. Piece of advice to the owner/stylists on the women's side of the salon it's all about the small things that you do for clients that keeps them coming back, in other words it's what you do that helps bring money to you. I truly hope that they step there game up but I definitely would not recommend going there due to the lack of customer service as well as appearance and comfort.
