How does one get from Helena Regional Airport to Butte, Montana? take a local cab? NO! Take a bus at midnight? forget that. All one needs to do is call Helena Town Car Service !Upon my early arrival I was "White Carded" and greeted by my smartly dressed driver. He had taken my bag I asked ? How did you know my flight would be early ? The driver informed me he was tracking my flight which was great to find out, that is when I found out that my driver was none other then the owner himself Michael E. Spreadbury. Michael lead me outside to my awaiting sedan which today was HTC's 2012 Mercedes Benz E350 luxury sedan which was spotless both inside and out. Once I was buckled in I was offered a cold bottle of spring water. As we headed south it was like having a personnel tour guide, Michael is a font of information and has we headed south pointed out all the local points of interest, even the one time we stopped for road work I didn't seem to mind, it was either being in Montana or sitting in a Mercedes Benz unlike being stuck in Seattle traffic. my ride to Butte was way to short but very relaxing. On my return trip to Helena I was picked up by Ken in one of HTC's older town cars, Ken showed up early which was great and again the town car was spotless inside and out. All the rates are agreed on prior to any service so there are no hidden fees, HTC offers a 10% discount for both military and seniors over 55. The only thing I would like to see ( This is my own opinion) would be anyone claiming "Military" to show proof, being a retired disable veteran myself anyone can claim they are "Military" But what goes around comes around. All and all The Helena town Car Service is money well spent even if Alaska Airlines or any other airline does start service to Butte again I'd make the flight to Helena just to use The Helena Town Car service again.. read more

I am a talent manager and I called Michael at Helena Town Car the day before a major event and his customer service was the best I've found in most of the United States. I use MANY companies and Michael was EXTREMELY reasonable in price, extremely accommodating to some of our outlandish requests and exceptionally kind to our group. He gave me updates and because of a crazy snow storm that was coming in, he alerted me to a back up plan that was in place just in case. (This is rare to hear what the back-up plan will be before the plan actually has to be executed). Michael put my mind at ease as I was half way across the country while my group was with him. We worked with Mike and Helena Town Car to coordinate the transportation of roughly 140 people to and around a conference in Big Sky, Montana. Mike and his team were INCREDIBLY helpful and supportive, always willing to provide a hand or drop someone off - no matter the time of day (or night). Additionally, an employee of Mike's drove through the night to recover a lost handbag for one of our guests - bringing her engagement ring and personal belongings back from Helena to Big Sky. Michael, the owner of town car company, is my hero. It was early in the morning, sitting at the airport, that I realized my luggage zipper was broken. Michael not only "zipped" me back to my house in East Helena to grab replacement luggage, but also advised me to rush onto the plane, "I'll handle your luggage." I can confidently say, he's 100% reliable. Michael repacked all of my belongings and checked my baggage FOR me, somehow getting it on the SAME flight-an incredible feat as we were running behind at that point. He drove safely, quickly, is knowledgeable about the airport baggage system, and an incredibly helpful, generous person. I highly recommend this trustworthy and skilled car service. read more

Mike went over and above for us! We were at an event at the Great Northern hotel and he was hired as a complimentary driver for us (because we had been drinking). He drove us where we requested and when we arrived, my friend realized she had left her wallet at the table we were sitting at. Mike drove back, retrieved her wallet and brought it back to us! He saved the day! The car is very clean and he was friendly. I would absolutely recommend him and will keep him in mind for our future needs! read more

Mike is PHENOMENAL! He has been shuttling our summer campers all over Helena this summer for our various camps and is incredibly reliable and prepared!
