We recently used Peak Shuttle multiple times during a week long family vacation. As a mom, safety…read moreis always a top priority for me. This shuttle service provided complete peace of mind. The driver was cautious on the road and adhered to all traffic rules. The vehicle itself, a newer Suburban, was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. In addition to being our ride, the driver was an awesome source of information when it came to planning our activities. He shared a local's advice on less touristy places to visit and recommendations for great food in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this company. We will be choosing Peak again for our next trip to the Bozeman/Big Sky area. Thanks Dan!

Customers have the right to cancel when services aren't needed and have the right not to be charged if service was never taken. I disputed the unethical unreasonable charges to my Platinum American Express. This is why I travel with the American Express Platinum cards in times of unethical businesses like peak shuttle and predatory owners like Dan. I did win the dispute and got my hard earned $100 for service never rendered. Email from Mr Gay. I've been notified by my credit card processor (Stripe) that you are filing a dispute over the $100 charge for transportation service on August 20th. The facts of this incident are as follows and are supported by our phone records: You requested transportation at approximately on August 20th at 10:33a from Montana Whitewater to Bozeman International Airport An employee driver was dispatch from Big Sky at approximately 10:40a and proceeded to drive the 20 miles to Montana Whitewater You attempted to cancel the service at 11:06a The driver called at 11:20a from Montana Whitewater's landline inquiring about your whereabouts; you were aware that there is no cellular service in this area My business incurred labor expenses (approximately 1.5 hours) and vehicle expenses (approximately 40 miles) Whatever outcome American Express decides does not preclude legal action being taken against you. I've issued you an invoice for the following charges: $100 for transportation on August 20th, 2025 $30 to recover Stripe dispute fees $200 for my time spent responding to this dispute In the event that American Express decides against Peak Shuttle in this matter, you will have 24 hours to pay the invoice in full. Failure to pay the invoice will result in the filing of a claim with Montana Small Claims Court. The claim will cover Peak Shuttle's expenses related to this matter, and will include: Fees related to acquiring your personal information including legal name and address Interest while disputed funds are held by Stripe Attorney fees Fees related to legal filing Stripe dispute fees Compensation for my time resolving this issue As part of the legal process, I will request that the judge subpoena you to appear in person (in Gallatin County, Montana) to resolve this dispute, as is my right. Travel will be at your expense. You can avoid all of the above actions by immediately withdrawing the dispute with American Express. Carefully consider how a Montana judge will view an out-of-state tourist stealing from a small, local Montana business. It is in your best interest to withdraw the dispute immediately. Our trip would not have turned out so well without their expertise. Michael and Ken added to our enjoyment of a truly fantastic trip at every turn. Their willingness to help and anticipate our needs ensured our comfort, safety, and success on this trip. Because both men know the area's beauty, history, lore, and locale, they helped tailor our travels and ensured amazing vistas and animal encounters that provided opportunities for all us photographers to snap away. They were easygoing, yet anticipated our needs. Both men have great communication skills and work together extremely well. They looked out for views and pull outs and got us to the right places at the right times safely. I loved the stories and experiences they shared that added to our enjoyment and deepened our understanding on our adventure. Each driver worked hard at making our trip the best for each of us and met or surpassed expectations. I felt completely safe in their capable hands. The vans were perfect for our needs. They were the right size to get us where we needed to go and carry all our photo gear comfortably, while keeping it all accessible. Thanks very much for helping create so many beautiful memories.

I respect that all mountain transportation companies will have issues from time to time. All I ask…read moreis that they make an effort. Truthfully, our experience with Karst was flawless. Reasonable prices, easy rescheduling, courtesy calls, digital reminders, and friendly drivers. The bonus is that this route is probably the most scenic airport-to-ski-resort drive in the country. We saw multiple herds of elk, bighorn sheep, and even a bald eagle. Transportation in this area is really tough. Uber/Lyft extremely hard to find up at the mountain, and around Big Sky it seems the scant public bus routes are partially provided by Karst drivers/busses.
