We recently used Peak Shuttle multiple times during a week long family vacation. As a mom, safety is always a top priority for me. This shuttle service provided complete peace of mind. The driver was cautious on the road and adhered to all traffic rules. The vehicle itself, a newer Suburban, was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. In addition to being our ride, the driver was an awesome source of information when it came to planning our activities. He shared a local's advice on less touristy places to visit and recommendations for great food in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this company. We will be choosing Peak again for our next trip to the Bozeman/Big Sky area. Thanks Dan! read more

This was the business owner's email. Mr. gay is a piece of work. If he can't handle a business like his shouldn't run one. Too emotional to run a business. Customers have the right to cancel when services aren't needed and have the right not to be charged if service was never taken. I disputed the unethical unreasonable charges to my Platinum American Express. This is why I travel with the American Express Platinum cards in times of unethical businesses like peak shuttle and predatory owners like Dan. I did win the dispute and got my hard earned $100 for service never rendered. Email from Mr Gay. I've been notified by my credit card processor (Stripe) that you are filing a dispute over the $100 charge for transportation service on August 20th. The facts of this incident are as follows and are supported by our phone records: You requested transportation at approximately on August 20th at 10:33a from Montana Whitewater to Bozeman International Airport An employee driver was dispatch from Big Sky at approximately 10:40a and proceeded to drive the 20 miles to Montana Whitewater You attempted to cancel the service at 11:06a The driver called at 11:20a from Montana Whitewater's landline inquiring about your whereabouts; you were aware that there is no cellular service in this area My business incurred labor expenses (approximately 1.5 hours) and vehicle expenses (approximately 40 miles) Whatever outcome American Express decides does not preclude legal action being taken against you. I've issued you an invoice for the following charges: $100 for transportation on August 20th, 2025 $30 to recover Stripe dispute fees $200 for my time spent responding to this dispute In the event that American Express decides against Peak Shuttle in this matter, you will have 24 hours to pay the invoice in full. Failure to pay the invoice will result in the filing of a claim with Montana Small Claims Court. The claim will cover Peak Shuttle's expenses related to this matter, and will include: Fees related to acquiring your personal information including legal name and address Interest while disputed funds are held by Stripe Attorney fees Fees related to legal filing Stripe dispute fees Compensation for my time resolving this issue As part of the legal process, I will request that the judge subpoena you to appear in person (in Gallatin County, Montana) to resolve this dispute, as is my right. Travel will be at your expense. You can avoid all of the above actions by immediately withdrawing the dispute with American Express. Carefully consider how a Montana judge will view an out-of-state tourist stealing from a small, local Montana business. It is in your best interest to withdraw the dispute immediately. Peak Shuttle - owner Mr Gay sent me several harrassing emails and invoice. Owner of Peak shuttle is unhinged - Airport Shuttles Near Me

We had a great experience with Peak Shuttle. They drove us from the Bozeman Airport to Big Sky and back, and both legs were as smooth as could be. Both drivers were on time, friendly, helpful, and the SUVs were clean, spacious, and seemed well-maintained. Excellent car service option! read more

Do not book with this service. Dan the owner operator had me waiting in the Van for 40 minutes after departure time from the airport. He was very distracted while driving texting and sending emails the entIre ride. He texted me after my drop off complaining I had not tipped him. I canceled my return trip because I did not feel safe with him. Dan refuses to refund my return trip money after I canceled 48 hours in advance. Worst service ever. read more

1st time at Big Sky. I booked Peak Shuttle online after some research. If you are traveling together with family and friends they offer a discount after you reserve the 1st person in your group. Easy online reservations and I booked for 3 people, they only book 1way so you have to do your Arrival and Departure Shuttle Separately. I checked on Peak Shuttle rates are cheaper right now than booking round trip with other companies. Our driver arrived early to the airport and was very courteous and helpful. He was very informative and welcomed us to Montana. Peak Shuttle is very clean, bottle water waiting for us when we got on his Shuttle. Very impressed with Peak Shuttle and the Owner!! Peak Shuttle you deserve more than the 5 Stars I am allowed to give you!! read more

Quick response and immediate availability for a last minute holiday request. On time for service and great team of drivers. Will absolutely use Peak Shuttle again for in-town Big Sky service! read more

I just returned from a couple day trip to Big Sky, flying into/out of Bozeman. Not wanting to rent a car, my husband and I researched and elected to use Peak Shuttle to escort us to Big Sky and back. Booking was super easy. On the day of travel, we had some issues getting out of our home town, resulting in a missed connection and delays getting into Bozeman. I called and spoke with Dan, the owner, who couldn't have been more helpful in a stressful time. Our drivers were so kind and professional, the pick up/drop-off was really easy. Door to door service! If you want a comfortable ride, with a helpful driver, for a reasonable amount of money, I highly encourage Peak Shuttle. read more

I needed to get from Big Sky to Bozeman airport in time for my flight, so I booked the 1pm shuttle. I received my confirmation email but no one showed up at 1! I was standing in the snow with my suitcase waiting for the shuttle, a call, or any type of communication. I called the main line multiple times and left messages but STILL haven't heard anything. had to order a last minute Uber to catch my flight. very upsetting. will be getting my money back. read more

We booked Peak Shuttle to drive us from airport to Big Sky and back. Dan was on time with a clean, new van. He gave us a lot of helpful information about the area and was even willing to make a stop at the grocery store for us because there aren't many Ubers. We will definitely book Peak Shuttle next time we come back. read more

Great, easy-to-use site for scheduling. I had a question and received a prompt reply. Friendly, great customer service.

Outstanding service easy to book online.. Super convenient and affordable way to get from BZN to Big Sky.

Terrific service. From what I can tell the only point-to-point shuttle service from the airport to Big Sky (a big help if you aren't staying in a hotel). Arrived on when they said they would and clean vehicle with water and hand sanitizer at each seat. Highly recommend this local, small business. read more

We used Peak Shuttle last weekend and Dan was great. By far the easiest and most convenient airport to mountain shuttle we've used. We were even able to book them for some off mountain adventures and trips for dinner. There is not much other transportation available in the area so I highly recommend booking with Peak Shuttle! read more
