Yan ended up working from 7 pm to 3 am shuttling stranded passengers from the airport to their hotels or destinations, and was back at 7 am to pick us up and take us back to the airport. Reasonable prices, easy rescheduling, courtesy calls, digital reminders, and friendly drivers. The bonus is that this route is probably the most scenic airport-to-ski-resort drive in the country. We saw multiple herds of elk, bighorn sheep, and even a bald eagle. Transportation in this area is really tough. Uber/Lyft extremely hard to find up at the mountain, and around Big Sky it seems the scant public bus routes are partially provided by Karst drivers/busses.

Took a trip from the Bozeman airport to the Summit hotel which was extremely disjointed. Nick mentioned that the service "must" be paid by either payment link or cash ahead of time. I followed up several times to receive the payment link and never received it. When looking for the car itself, Nick was extremely unresponsive and we were left wandering outside the airport trying to find which car was affiliated with Summit taxi. When I tried calling him he ignored my call and just texted me, "please text me". Once we found the driver, at the end of the trip, we paid the driver directly using a mobile payment application. For our return trip, I texted Nick to confirm our appointment time. The next morning, he asked for us to pay via payment link or cash. I asked if it would be possible to pay as we did during the initial trip, paying at the end of the service using the same mobile payment method. Nick immediately became combative and arrogant, trying to debate the payment method that was required although i) he did not enforce this on the initial trip despite my following up multiple times, and ii) the mobile payment method was sufficient for the initial trip, despite Nick previously saying payment ahead of time was mandatory. When I tried to clarify the nature of my request, Nick abruptly cancelled my reservation. I have never experienced such poor customer service and arrogance from someone being paid to provide a service... We were left stranded to find a ride to the airport to make our flights on time due to Nick's immature temperament. There are several shuttle services available from Bozeman to Big Sky, I would recommend quite literally any of them over Summit taxi. It is clear they have the attitude that they are always right, and the customer is always wrong. That's a pretty poor business model to run within an extremely competitive market.
