Driver couldn't figure out how to adjust the seat, read the gas gauge or even clip his own seat-belt (which he asked me, the costumer, to do for him from the back seat?). If the above driver hadn't pitched a fit at the end of the 20 min ride ($103 cab fare) because I didn't give him a tip fast enough.
