if I could do no stars I would. this is the most disgusting, over priced, rude and ridiculous business that swindles their customers and make them responsible for their lack of organization. They damaged my trailer and forced me to move here or there to deal with their problems of lack of water multiple occasions. They don't keep track of your email they use to bill then threaten to remove you in three days for their issues of not notifying of a way over priced electric bill? Then keep your deposit and claim scrupulous charges you were never told about in the first place in order to keep $50. These "business" also allows pedophiles , drug use and selling on the property. Sheriffs and multiple police cars were there multiple times and other customers would be seen yelling at staff that they were stealing their stuff for so called. Not to mention in the lease they claim that they can take your property if they claim that you owe them for so called claimed damage to their property that doesn't work well in the first place. But if they owe you watch out your in for a rude awakening all together with these thieves. The feces is piled up everywhere and then they expect you to pay for your pet that they will not clean up after but complain how they're so upset with feces everywhere and then put a "no dogs allowed" sign so you can't walk your dog anywhere on the green grass.
