They all live too far away to do the job. They said, they are giving me an outrageous quote because the job is too small. One buddy said they dont want the job, but are hoping I dont know anything and will just accept it. A MUCH lower rated one was installed. When I realized it and questioned them, they sent over a tech to install the correct one, but wanted to charge me more. They said the owner I was speaking to didn't look at what my estimate was for when he was giving me information. Had I known what I was getting I would NOT have had it done. What they installed is 1/4 of the power of the one I was told I was getting. I was polite, but refused to pay more. Over this period of time they have installed our 1st residential CCTV system all of our smart TV'S, HiFi systems, entire home security system which gives us and local authorities notifications of intruders, smoke, Fire, and Carbon Monoxide detection. One of the best things about patronizing this company is their honesty and trustworthiness! I have on more than one occasion had to leave while they are working with no reservations of anything improper taking place at our home. I feel as comfortable with them being at my home as I do any member of our family. We just upgraded our CCTV system with a new NVR and 19 brand new cameras and license plate readers. "We can't yet, need to handle permit" Contacted code enforcement officer for county, got a green light and copy of permit. 2 days later. Contacted southern electric again, "we can't yet, need to handle permit" Contacted Permit office. "All they need to do is pay" Odd. What's the hold up? Time is money. Asked for refund. Get the permit yourself ($25) and call Logan electric or chancellor. A shame I can move faster.
