The flavor was full of malt and caramel with a strong bitterness and astringency that reminded me of an IPA. This ended up being my favorite of the three. We also tried the Foca Parlante Stout. It had a dark color with strong aromas of roasted coffee and caramel. The toasted malt and coffee flavors came through nicely. Places like this are what elevate this industry and I'm glad that I was able to visit. Definitely a destination that anyone should seek out.
