We were offered a test drive and we just chose two bikes but it wasn't really a helpful process as there was so much information it was hard to decide what e-bike would best meet our needs. I gave them my 30-year-old Trek 730 that had fallen into a bad state of disrepair because I hadn't ridden in so long and hadn't maintained it. I had regrets afterward, because I had loved that bike, which fit me just right and had taken me many miles. I had thought it was probably too far gone to be repairable and figured it might have gone to the scrap heap. But I contacted the City of SLP, anyway, to ask. A few days later, their solid waste manager contacted me and said the bike was being reconditioned at Jonny Rock and that I could get in touch with them. This I did, and Jon contacted me when the work was done. There it was, my old bike, completely restored and ready to ride again. Better yet, Jon said he was only charging me for the repair as if I had brought it in on my to be repaired rather than charging me for the bike as if I were a new person coming in to buy.

I certain few times to try some bicycles and I may even stop by today. I never did any work or…read morepurchases at the store. It's an easy location looks like any ordinary Eriks bike shop. I have went to their stores in Minneapolis and Minnetonka multiple times where they have me in their system I do my repairs there for my bicycle and for my electric scooter when I get flat. Always done on time and I have never been overcharged there. I even visited the shop in St Cloud which is considered smaller than the rest of the shops and the Twin Cities. I'm very shocked by the level of 1 star views the shop is getting. I'm definitely visiting them today and hopefully I will not change my mind and edit my review.

Seemed strange since we were going to spend $4000 on two bikes potentially. Our sales rep was very nice, store manager was not as friendly. Delivery and service was slow and not great customer communication about what was happening and timeline. We only purchased one bike thankfully. I don't know if the other locations are better, but the maple grove store could use some more training to enhance the customer experience. I would not recommend based on my experience but maybe we just had a bad set of circumstances. I found an online direct to consumer brand called L'ectric bike that was $500 cheaper and included all the accessories like fenders, extra battery and storage rack. It is worth to compare.

We purchased a scooter a week or so ago they said they will fill it up with gas etc we get outside…read moreready to leave turn the scooter on and gas gauge reads 2 bars .. they say they will be right back come back saying gas is full gas gauge is reading wrong when they sit on our sales floor with little to no gas the (bobber) gets stuck to the bottom they stick a wire in fish it around eventually the gauge reads full we ride it home and around for a day or two gas gauge reads low 1 bar we go to fill it up only needed under a gallon after filling up gas gauge still reads low disappointed after buying something NEW this would be happening ... **EDIT**Everything was fixed and dropped off to my house can't say faulty fuel gauge was the best experience but I appreciate the way it was handled promptly and professionally
