Came for the Bike Dabbler Event-because I love biking and my significant other loves beer. I was disappointed that it was jam-packed with people when we got there. Couldn't even get close to any of the action. Glad their event was so well attended, but we would have skipped it had we known.

This place is awesome! I went there the other day for some problems I had been having with my road bike. (mostly seat and fit related issues) They were really attentive and were able to work with me to get everything fixed. They can handle any bike from kids, mountain, road and tri bikes and of they don't have it in the store...they will find it for you. Anyone who needs anything for their bikes, I would for sure check this place out. In my opinion prices are very reasonable and competitive with what's around in the area. The store backs up right onto a trail so you can take your bike or one you're thinking about getting out for a test ride.

Some little girl is gonna have an awesome Christmas!

Amazing sales, service, and bike fittings. Both Champlin and Plymouth are wonderful stores.

I have taken my bike here several times over the last few years. Everything from bearing issues, flat tire, simple maintenance and new tires required. Every time I have taken it here I have been impressed with how quick they have been and they have always done everything needed. Including the time that "other" bike place had put on a tube that had far to short a stem for my style of tire...they replaced the tube so I could actually fill my tire easily and gave me a great deal on the replacement tube! Now this last drop-off was a 3-week wait, WWWWhat?? I get it, pandemic...everyone and their dog is biking....means long wait time for a guy that bikes all the time. I am out of town for a few days for work so no big deal. When I get home, weather is good...I am going to call and see if I can get my bike and just put it back in the queue when it's my turn. Bad bearings don't mean I can't ride, right!! Friday AM, one week in, I'm getting ready to call and they call me! Bike is ready, under $100 with all the work they did. I am amazed, happy and off for a Friday afternoon ride in the city. Friday afternoon, bike rides perfect. Repairs are all done and it's like i pulled it right off the rack! If you're anywhere near Maple Grove and bike, I would highly recommend going here! Great service from guys that understand how important your bike is! They have all the gear and adds you need to stock up on as well, one-stop-shop! KT

I spoke with Adam who normally answers the phone. He stated that he was interested, and would come to my home and pick it up at 8:30 am, but the guy never showed or gave me the courtesy of calling me. His behavior was very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and just plain unprofessional. I was planning to purchase another treadmill along with other exercise equipment from this company, but have changed my mind because of the way they treat people. if the guy changed huis mind about picking it up, why not just call and state that? I called to speak with the manager Barret. Adam answered the phone and whispered that I wantd to talk to him, then sent my call straight to voice mail, and never called me back. Their lack of consideration and respect for customers, and the fact that Barrett didnt even bother to call back, is a horrible reflection of this company. I will not refer to this company to friends and family nor purchase anything from them. Zero stars if I had the option.

I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a high-quality piece of equipment who also want a pleasant experience.

But I came across a bunch of vintage "Ariel" British motorcycle parts at an estate that are going up for sale on Ebay. Unfortunately, 2 of the wheels still had the antique rubber on them. I cut one off myself in my living room. It took me a long time and I just about took my finger off! That really sucked! Time for a professional. I made 4 phone calls, and the only local motorcycle guy that would help me out was Tom. It took Tom, an experienced pro, half an hour to get the tire off! He pried, he sliced, he applied soap, he cussed...and finally he cut the hell out of it with a high speed rotary cutter! Then he went the extra mile and buffed the rust off of two sides so I could show on my Ebay photos that the rust will, indeed, come off. All the while, he engaged me in funny conversation, jokes, and cycle knowledge. Last but not least, all of this set me back a measly 20 bucks! Tom is such a great guy, it almost - almost - makes me want to buy a bike again. BTW, the Cycle Shop specializes in Japanese bikes. Thumbs up! -Daddy Maxx Retro
