**BEAUTIFUL MANSION FOR EVENTS, COCKTAILS, AND STAYS** We pre-gamed at the Heights House for my birthday weekend and what a treat it was! PARKING ======== Designated lot at the Heights House (in historic Boylan Heights, my favorite Raleigh neighborhood). EVENING EXPERIENCE =================== We had wonderful handcraft cocktails, delicious charcuterie board (with amazing cheeses and meats), and champagne in the well-designed drawing room. The staff welcomed and greeted us warmly. Co-owner, Sarah, is sooooo nice! She gave us a brief group tour of the property. The Italian-style mansion also hosts events and have hotel rooms for booking. OVERALL ======== Our friends had such a great time, and we can't wait to return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went here for drinks with a friend at had a blast! Such a stunning place, every detail was gorgeous!! 5/5 for overall vibes and atmosphere! We were there around 4pm on a Thursday, so not too busy but still fun. The drinks were delicious! I ordered the Rosie and it tasted as good as it looked! 4.5/5 stars!! My friend ordered the aperol spritz and said it was also delicious (and beautiful) and gave it a 5/5! We got the Whipped Ricotta with Honey & Pistachio and it was AMAZING!!! So delicious and light, but so flavorful. 5/5!!! The only thing was everything was pretty pricey, but you truly get what you pay for!! No complaints whatsoever! Great, nice staff, very accommodating! Will for sure be coming back! Overall 5/5 experience!

This stunningly beautiful home turned bed and breakfast with a Speakeasy influence bar is a must see if you are in Raleigh. You are free to explore the grounds, the bar and downstairs but only guests staying on the property and venture upstairs. We came in for cocktails and were not disappointed. Everything tasted amazing and was worth the 4 hour train ride from Charlotte.

We have attended several events here and have gone to their Sunday Sauce dinners. Always amazing food, wine, and service.

Concerts on the lawn provide relaxing entertainment in all genres, spring through fall.

Enjoy a relaxing overnight stay at the Heights House Hotel and event venue, a delicious handcrafted cocktail at the Parlor Bar, sumptuous afternoon tea, Concerts on the Lawn or your own special event! There is nothing like it and you'll be glad you did. The home is stunning and the service top-notch!

This place is amazing. Think the Great Gatsby had a baby with the NC Museum of Art. We didn't stay in the hotel, but went for drinks and a phenomenal Charcuterie board. It's elegant and quaint, but without the pretentiousness. The staff is lovely and welcoming. The details of the building are worth the exploration and the cocktails are on point. I hate sharing this review because I want it to be my hidden secret, but I kind of have to tell how cool this place is...

AMAZING! After seeing all the beautiful photos on Instagram I knew I wanted to stay here. My husband and I visited last weekend for a staycation and it blew all of our expectations out of the water. The space is beautiful, turning a late 1800s mansion into a stunning hotel no doubt took an insane amount of work, but they thought of every detail. The interior is the perfect mix of art deco and modern. Upon check in you are offered glasses of champagne delivered to your room and given an actual key, no room cards here. We stayed in a standard room and it was beautiful-- the bed and pillows were insanely comfortable, we loved the frame TV, and the high end products in the shower were a nice bonus. Other amenities include a Counter Culture pour over coffee and tea setup in your room, a fancy coffee machine in the dining area, and all sorts of sparkling water to chose from. Breakfast which is included in your stay includes delicious boulted bread croissants, yogurt and berries, as well as hard boiled eggs. They also have a wine and cheese hour daily from 5-6pm and place Escazu chocolates on your door in the evenings. They seriously think of everything here and I love the emphasis on so many local products. If I were getting married I would 100% have my wedding here, the windows are gorgeous, all the crown molding, and every little decor detail they thought of make for a perfect backdrop. Don't even get me started on the lighting fixtures-- beautiful! If you are looking for a staycation or a spot for out of town folks to stay I highly recommend Heights House. It is also walking distance to many great downtown restaurants and bars. Wye Hill is less than a five minute walk!

Wow! This home/hotel is amazing. They literally thought of everything! From handicap lift to access the building, to ADA first floor rooms. We are not handicapped but a lot of the older homes/B&Bs don't think of these things. We were greeted by Mindy, she is so nice, knowledgeable and super friendly. She provided us with champagne on arrival and gave us a tour of the house which included the history and how the current owners restored this home bringing back many original items like the stone fireplace hearth. The available snacks, soft drinks, coffee machine, the bar (couldn't use though due to the holiday); things I never thought of wanting or needing for our stay was available. We stayed in room 2, beautifully decorated, the pillows and bed were so comfortable (I had to take a picture of the pillow tag so I can buy for our home), and the temperature in the room was so refreshing after a hot muggy day. Our daughter and son-in-law will be moving to the area over the next year, so we will Definitely be back!

    VERY comfortable beds!!

Planning couldn't have been easier- our coordinator was very easy to reach and always quick with an answer with any questions we had. The venue is charming and the roof top view is stunning. We chose to have a "Before They Say I Do BBQ" and the deck provided a nice space to set up stations for our caterer. The list of vendors provided by Empire Eats made providing linens and any items needed easy to set up. The only suggestions we would offer is know in advance that this is the top floor of The Stockroom. If there are 2 events scheduled, you'll be sharing the only elevator with the other venue. Loading and unloading prior and after the event can be a bit tricky. There is no designated area loading zone. Be sure to ask in advance for a cart and it will be provided. Also, if you're having a summer event, know that it can be very hot. When the door to the deck is open, it compromises the A/C and it can be a tad bit warm.

It's well lit and has a great productive vibe. Wifi is reliable and fast. Coffee, espresso, soft drinks, beer and snacks are provided as well, for free. The place includes several large conference rooms, several smaller conference rooms and a few private call rooms. No matter what your need there is always a spot to get things done. The conference rooms all have dedicated TVs with teleconferencing features built in. There are ample outlets and power supplies for plugging in everywhere. Finally, the owner Michael is super accessible and has a great team. He and the team are always around helping members and folks renting the conference rooms and taking care of any issues that arise quickly. The space is also available as a rental for events in the evenings and they go above and beyond to re-arrange all the co-working furniture to make space for the events and then restore everything to where it was before the next morning. The extra secret, private room is located upstairs in The Big Easy, down a back hallway through an ominous door labeled "staff only". This isn't a space that you can just walk into (now that you know where it's located), rather it's a private venue space, charging $300/6 hours on Fridays and Saturdays with a $500 minimum bar tab and $100/6 hours Sunday-Thursday with a $300 minimum bar tab. The small space includes a New Orleans voodoo theme complete with voodoo dolls and bare breasted fortune tellers (in photos). Your party is invited to enjoy the velvet couches and hairs artfully placed around the room and has access to a private bar (and bartender). I love the back wall, with photo windows viewing Salisbury Street and a huge wooden bench seat. Rebecca and her husband Steve, the owners of The Big Easy, created this space to throw a rocking New Years Eve party, and they're inviting locals to use it during the year. Rebecca hired a fortune teller for our VIP night, but options are practically unlimited for what you want to bring in (bachelorette party strippers?!) The room is pricy to rent, but the intention is to get in a "classier" group of people that will keep the space up (however, there's definitely room for a dance party in the room, think old Bee Hive tightness). The best part: that VIP feeling as you are personally led up to the room by a manager, it was VERY speakeasy and secretive!
