We switched from 5in to 6in. Every step of the process was done promptly and professionally. Every member of the team I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Even after the initial install when I needed one minor correction, I never felt worried that I was being blown off or lesser priority. I was not charged for the service until it was done to my complete satisfaction. Our new gutters are fantastic and look really nice too. We were the first roof of the season and were very pleased with the crew that came. They removed two layers of shingles, and installed a quality Owen Corning system including the ridge vents and clean up work all the same day. When they left you could not even tell they were here except for a few marks where the ground was soft which no one could of avoided. They have the greatest lady on clean up that removed every last little piece of debris. Another really impressive way they do business was they did not even require any deposit! I found this very unusual on a construction project not to at least require something for the material purchase, but payment at once in full after satisfaction seems to be their forte. I have worked part of my life in machine shops, doing quality control with tolerances in the microns and also have built 4 homes myself with the exception of HVAC and masonry. I would of done this roof myself but my knees and age did not let me. Really am glad I found R E Kuba and I have already left several other friends know who to go for when they need a job done.

We regretfully contracted Priddy Roofing & Exteriors ("Priddy") for our full roof replacement on…read moreour home. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way that Priddy is a general contractor masquerading as a roofing company, subcontracting underqualified, substandard crews, who do not hold the certifications Priddy advertises. What's more, the actual installers lack common sense. Priddy and their subs are either grossly negligent or incredibly incompetent - perhaps both - as our roof was installed during rainy and wet conditions on August 13, 2025, without our knowledge of the local weather conditions, while we were nearly 500 miles away on vacation. This has been confirmed through weather reports, our security camera footage, and eyewitness accounts. According to our security camera footage, no one from Priddy supervised or inspected the work after it was completed. I mentioned this to the owner, and he never corrected me. Instead, when I raised any concerns about workmanship - even those about broken screens, statues, and lights around my house - I was eventually called on the phone, then berated and yelled at by the owner. This was a huge red flag that something was terribly wrong. It's been one month, and the roof installation has already failed, leaving us in urgent need of a full roof replacement again. How has Priddy tried to remedy the issue? After already paying them a nearly $20,000 deposit, which they refuse to return, they sent a certified letter threatening a lien on our home, demanding an additional $92,000 for their failed work, as well as work that was never completed, and even work they were never contracted to do. They have also denied the warranty advertised on their website, stating they would need to be paid in full to honor any warranty. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
