I am TPD, homebound and now starving literally because they destroyed my face. The NYS Attorney General is involved now because she has abused me and violated my rights along with at least 8 other state and federal agencies. After 2 years and 50k spent I am in far worse pain and have worse dentician than I did when I started. I went in because of one cracked tooth and now I am missing a dozen teeth or so n will need more removed due to her negligence. Didnt know id be losing teeth until mid treatment went to the bathroom and cried. Abusive dangerous practice! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would have been better off going to the mall. She is dishonest and has a fundamental lack of regard for the safety and wellbeing of her patients. I am traumatized, my face is destroyed, I can hardly eat and now they refuse to even complete their bad work. Patch seems to have severe cognitive problems and cannot follow a basic conversation, provide honest clear answers or remember clearly. She repeatedly asks her assistant for the wrong tools! Didn't tell me my front teeth would be shaved down to painful nubs. Her surgeon is dishonest and destroyed my jaw. They will do anything to make a dollar. Worst business practices despicable behavior from Doctors! Run for your life or at least your teeth!

A few weeks ago I visited a dentist and was told I needed a number of things done - 11 cavities, 1 crown, a night guard (even though I told this dentist that I didn't grind my teeth, nor did I preference one side while chewing), as well as a deep gum cleaning. The total charge out of pocket was going to be 4k after my insurance. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Gasperini. Dr. Gasperini was so kind and gentle and explained everything that he was going to do before doing it. I never had any of those awkward moments where my mouth was left open needlessly. Very aware of the comfort level of his patients. In the end, Dr. Gasperini told me I needed only one filling! Only one filling! I trust this doctor completely, and have found my new dentist.
