Wish i read all the bad reviews everywhere before going because the same thing happened to me as other ppl...teeth were removed and/or ruined without my consent and the surgeon removed a large chunk of jaw without my consent both leaving me disfigured in pain unable to chew. Do not go here!!! They only care about making money not helping patients. Abandoned me mid treatment without functional front teeth that Claudia ruined for good. I am TPD, homebound and now starving literally because they destroyed my face. Its been a year and a half since I have been able to eat normally due to the permanent destruction Patch and her team caused. She knew she messed up n tried to extort me and coerce me into signing away my legal rights just to have them put in the 11k bridge i paid for a year ago. The NYS Attorney General is involved now because she has abused me and violated my rights along with at least 8 other state and federal agencies. After 2 years and 50k spent I am in far worse pain and have worse dentician than I did when I started. I went in because of one cracked tooth and now I am missing a dozen teeth or so n will need more removed due to her negligence. Didnt know id be losing teeth until mid treatment went to the bathroom and cried. Abusive dangerous practice! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would have been better off going to the mall. She is dishonest and has a fundamental lack of regard for the safety and wellbeing of her patients. I am traumatized, my face is destroyed, I can hardly eat and now they refuse to even complete their bad work. Patch seems to have severe cognitive problems and cannot follow a basic conversation, provide honest clear answers or remember clearly. She repeatedly asks her assistant for the wrong tools! Didn't tell me my front teeth would be shaved down to painful nubs. Her surgeon is dishonest and destroyed my jaw. They will do anything to make a dollar. Worst business practices despicable behavior from Doctors! Run for your life or at least your teeth!

Spent $7000. Didn't know, never had braces so I thought all was well until some new guy she hired told me he needed a cap. He was so young, I said I'd go for a second opinion. Got to new dentist and he told me no cap but his teeth are not aligned. His bite is completely off. Went to Dr. Van vliet and he did the work. $8000. Went to a lawyer and when they investigated, the office lied, said I was going for a second opinion [yes, but that was for the cap-i had no idea and almost cried when we found out about the orthodontia] and well, we sucked it up. He had to spend his senior year in braces. Thanks so much. Now, with this oxycodone? Vivian you should be ashamed of yourself. You were high. You poor pathetic liar. BTW, she rarely did the work on my kid, the bands were changed by an assistant or the hygienist. Go figure. And I didn't realize. Another incident, she capped an infected tooth. It absessed. My husband called the office, since could barely speak. Said I was all blown up. They said she could see me later. Or go to another doctor in Kingston who specialized in root canals. He took one look at me and said you need to see a surgeon quickly. I was in the hospital for three days and not once did Vivian call me to check on me. The specialist who saw me for 10 minutes called twice. She said she "didn't know." Like really? Your staff didn't tell you I couldn't talk. Well, she did do some work pro bono for the cap she put on the tooth not a month before. And so now, with her upcoming prison sentence, I hope the lawyer who wouldn't pursue this case for me [I only wanted back the money for the orthodontia] sees I was right. She was incompetent, high and had no business doing work she was NOT certified to do. Karma, Vivian, karma. Glad no one else will be ripped off by you now. EVER.

The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. Dr. Patch and the staff clearly care about their patients and take pride in their work. Whether it's a routine cleaning or more involved dental work, they make the process comfortable and stress-free. Not many people say they enjoy going to the dentist, but this place comes pretty close. Highly recommend.

This is after she performed the $650 operation. I paid it but felt more scammed when I got home. Called her explaining how I felt, and she danced around the issue and did not address the fact that she knowingly fulfilled an expensive operation on a tooth that was going to have to be pulled, not giving me a choice that might involve her not getting paid. She drives a Porsche. Two stars instead of 1 only because she is skilled and patient as a dentist, but not a fan of being scammed.
