The office staff here and the hygienists are fantastic. However, I recently had teeth extracted…read morehere. All went well besides the dentist using profanity. I was in a bit of discomfort and anxious during the procedure. The dentist started talking to me like i was a baby which was odd and also basically told me i needed to be quiet. Strange but not the end of the world. I developed a relatively common complication afterwards. A few days after the extraction, the office called to check on me and i told them i was still in a lot of pain but the dentist assured me it was normal. Over the weekend the pain continued to get worse. I called the office Monday and the dentist didn't think i needed to be seen--she just sent antibiotics to the pharmacy. I didn't think this was right so I went to another dentist who diagnosed me with dry socket and they advised I call again to get them to see me. So finally, they decided to have me come in. The dry socket was treated. I understand this to be a condition that really just requires time. But the way this was handled was not on par with ADA standards. In addition to that, during the extraction the dentist noted that i had an active infection in the tooth being extracted. So I'm not sure why she didn't prescribe antibiotics in the first place. All in all I'm just really disappointed in my experience here. I'm supposed to go back and get my other two wisdom teeth removed but the overall experience has been so traumatic that I'm terrified to even go to a new dentist. Also, they are quite expensive here. My family had the discount plan which we paid about $90/month for and I'm not quite sure what it actually discounted. Which would have been fine with me if it wasn't such an awful experience. She referred me to an oral surgeon for my other two teeth and again im not sure why she didn't just do that in the first place. Patients shouldn't have to basically beg to be seen and for proper care. I trusted them because I knew very little about standard dentistry practices beforehand but after speaking with others my experience was absolutely not normal or acceptable. The other dentist was visibly angry as i was describing the situation. Please save your money and avoid this dentist.

Had a tooth implant done with them. Crown was replaced twice as was incorrect size, they argue with…read moreyou when you complain as you are paying thousands of dollars for something to be fixed right the first time. Been in pain ever since now to be told that the crown and implant were incorrectly done and caused failure to the implant which now caused an infection. The doctors are really unprofessional and use profanity yelling across the practice. The good reviews you see hear are from the Dr's themselves.. You would be better of drinking to intoxication and doing your own dental work. At least at this point you know you will be doing a better job then this fake practice. Stay FAR Away. You have been warned!
