Outside of that the work he does is honestly amazing. I've had stains that seem near impossible to get up and he makes the carpet look brand new. One time my carpet was particularly stained in one area and he came at night where it looked like the stain had come up, but told me to let him know if in the sunlight it was still stained. You could still slightly see it in the daylight so he came back and treated it again for free. I'm moving out of the area and booked him for my final move out and realized I needed to leave a review of how great he is!
