rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this office was incredibly disappointing.
I was referred after an Emergency Room visit and waited three hours for my appointment. During the visit, a positional maneuver significantly worsened my dizziness, yet I left without any treatment plan despite continuing severe symptoms. I was told I was a "top priority" for balance testing.
After my appointment, I called multiple times over the following week because I had not been contacted to schedule the recommended testing and my symptoms were getting worse. None of my calls were returned...even after I requested to speak with the office manager.
More than six weeks passed without the follow-up care I was told I urgently needed. I ultimately had no choice but to find another ENT, start over as a new patient, and repeat testing because there was no continuity of care.
Ironically, the only person I've actually heard from since my appointment is the billing department looking to collect payment. My calls requesting medical care and follow-up went unanswered, but the bill arrived without any problem.
The biggest issue wasn't just the wait or the appointment itself.... it was being left without care, without answers, and without anyone returning my calls while I continued to suffer. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience. read more
