It's a smaller shop but it's got a ton of good stuff packed in. Entertainmart isn't exactly specific, but finally curiosity got the best of me so I decided to give it a once over. I was impressed with the size of the place for starters. They primarily offer dvd's and video games for sale. It's pretty much used material in these categories, and while the prices on the dvd's are good the prices on the games not so much. Much like Game Stop they do buy used gear, and their used games are just a few bucks less than new. The selection is enormous however. They also have records for sale, plenty of Poke cards, used gaming systems, Funko bobble heads and so on. Not a ton of books though. It's a pretty slick store overall, and the gamer can certainly spend a lot of time in there wandering around. I'm glad I swung by.

They keep LGBTQ book displays up year-round and not just at Pride! They also have a banned books display all year round. I also enjoy the events they host, i've been making new friends at the k-pop meetups they host and they also hold book release parties and author signings that are great. Only complaint is i wish they still had a music section.

The will even add books to my box if the cover is by a specific artist they know I like. If I don't want the book no pressure to keep it. Occasionally a book or two gets missed but I have 20+ books on my list and everyone makes mistakes.

They lied about how long it would take, they did not respond quickly to questions, I still don't have my order and it's more than one month late. When I finally received the proof to approve, it was the wrong art file. They didn't have the files I sent them weeks and weeks earlier. To top it all off, they still insisted on shipping these already extremely late tapes via UPS Ground, so I had to spend more than $100 more to get it shipped quickly to rectify their poor service. They refused to cover this extra shipping fee. Very little customer service, no one takes responsibility. Never using them again.
