I was cut open from my nostril to the top of my lip and Jay had me sewn up in less then 10 min. His sutures left 3 very painful keloids under my nose. And 1/2 my lip gone. Jay has no business giving anyones face stitches. He doesn't care about his patients, his bedside manner left me feeling like a bother, his work is messy and I think he's tired of his job, it shows in his face, his work, and his attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place especially if you need any kind of stitches because Jay doesn't care about you or your wound and it will show by the time it heals how much he really cares. Yes the pictures are of my nose. Thanks for nothing Jay I could have sown my own face up better than this. I can't even wipe my nose because the keloids hurt so bad

Jeff was very friendly and attentive. Several times he had my friend and myself laughing. Definitely made a stressful situation much better. I appreciated the advice on care and having the doctor come in for next steps. This experience will have me suggesting this location to friend and family. I selfishly don't want to visit again for myself.

Instead I only paid $47 to see her. and she came to my home. she was extremely caring and thorough. she stayed as long as she needed to. So many people cannot afford any medical attention. Dr. Tizio has taken it upon herself to battle this horrible reality. She is like a warrior and healer rolled into one. I really wish there were more selfless people out there like her who are determined to rattle the status quo. It is exactly what the vanishing middle class needs to fight back-- to stay healthy enough to keep fighting.

The results, which showed low levels, took 2.5 weeks to be reported to me. I only received them after repeatedly following up/hounding her office. When I finally connected with Dr. Tizio, she explained that she had been busy and got carried away with other things. She then prescribed hormones based on those results. The long wait caused me significant anxiety, stress, and worry about my pregnancy during a critical early stage. Communication and timely follow-up are essential in this situation. When I raised concern over lack of care and follow through during such a critical time, her exact words were, "I wish you well, and I hope you're able to get the support you need." Care fell below standards.

As my son is removing his shirt, one of the office staff comes and tells him to go look at a different patient before he's even examined my kid, "just to see something, he'll be right back," she said. Oh hell no! Unless someone's heart stopped beating you can damned well finish with one patient first. OMG, he just told my minor child that he can take two extra strength Tylenol every four hours. That's too much Tylenol. That was after ignoring the fact that I'd noted on the forms that my son can't take NSAIDs and trying to tell him to take ibuprofen. There was more but my head is absolutely spinning, I've never seen so many minor medical errors. I will take the order for the spinal X-ray elsewhere and will never come here again.

I will never come to this urgent care again. They have zero sense of urgency even with a room full of people. The nurses were laughing and talking at the desk as I had been waiting an hour in the room just for a doctor to come by. The front desk woman was arguing with one of the nurses in the back and it was incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT come here!! 2.5 hour wait for a 5 minute visit

If I could give 17 stars and a standing ovation, I would…read more Let me tell you about Garret Moon, a man so medically gifted I'm convinced he was sent to Earth by a council of ancient healing deities who were tired of watching humans self-diagnose on WebMD. I came into his office with a mild sore throat and left feeling like I had just been baptized in the holy waters of healthcare excellence. This man didn't just check my vitals -- he checked my soul. He asked about my symptoms with the compassion of a saint and the precision of a NASA engineer. When he said, "Let's run a few tests," I swear a choir of angels started humming softly in the background. His stethoscope? Probably forged in Valyrian steel. His lab coat? Tailored by Armani, blessed by monks. His bedside manner? Imagine if Oprah, Gandhi, and a golden retriever had a baby -- that's him. At one point I coughed and he nodded thoughtfully, like he just solved a medical mystery that's stumped doctors for centuries. I half expected him to say, "You've been cursed by an ancient spell, but don't worry, I've seen this before." He doesn't prescribe meds. He prescribes hope, wrapped in a prescription pad. Long story short: if your body ever betrays you, don't go to urgent care. Go to Garret Moon. He doesn't just treat patients.
