We had a few weeks prior to discuss the plan and she told me it might take two or three sessions to achieve the look I wanted. She also told me that the health of my hair was her priority. On the day of my appointment, my hair was in good health, and Heather began to remove the old color from my hair. She ended up double processing my hair and I was there for five hours. She finished off with a k18 leave in treatment and when I left the salon, my hair was sopping wet. She did not cut it and or dry it. She gave me specific instructions not to wash my hair for the next three days and not to use heat for 14 days and when I did wash it and I had to specifically use the products that she sold me. The products were $300 in the hair service was about $300 and I gave her $60 tip. My completely destroyed. It's been falling out left and right and it's broken. And very, very frizzy. I went for a second opinion and that salon told me that Heather was how she treated my ask for a refund. Heather was supposed to do the second part of my process two weeks later on April 18 and the hairdresser I went to, for the second opinion, said I should not have any more processing on my hair for at least five weeks. I ended up cutting off about an inch and a half of my own hair and the hairdresser I went to for the second opinion said I would need at least two more inches cut off. At this point, I'm just going to chop it all off and get a pixie. My hair was down past my shoulders. I tried to resolve this with Heather directly by sending her messages and telling her that I had gone for a second opinion. I sent her pictures of my hair and she said that I must've altered it. I am beyond upset about this as anyone would be. She is a licensed professional, and she completely destroyed my hair and will not take accountability. And trie to gaslight me into thinking I did something wrong. I filed a claim with the New Hampshire cosmetology, licensing board, charge back with my credit card company, left her a couple of one star reviews. The one on Google has pictures of my hair and screenshots of the texts. My next course of action is to file a claim and small claims court. I wouldn't pay attention to any of the five star reviews because that is the reason why I chose Heather. Now I know it was just her friends writing the reviews.

I would recommend that the spa considering getting a white noise machine to block out some of the noise from the salon below. There is a ton going on in this little place and it would be easier to relax without having to hear it all. In any event, I can't give the spa anything less than 5 stars, because the facial was that great! I can't wait to go back for more facial services and to try the greenstone massage, as they are the only spa in the area that offers them.
