We regret not getting her name, but the young woman behind the printer counter today around 11ish was such a kind heart. Without a word she told us she would provide us with some coupons to make the price for the brochures go down. Was patient asking what we needed and had a wonderfully calm spirit during the whole process. Later today my Mum went to pick up the finalized brochures and inside was a condolences card from her and the staples team. Made me and mom melt.
