I found master on instagram and book an appointment with new services they offer in booksy, which is very comfortable cause i dont like wasting rime on calling and talking! The system had an error and master had no clue about my appointment, however she serviced me in full from A to Z. It made me feel welcome and respected which is number one for me. Number two and the reason why i will go back to them is quality. Job was done 5+ strats. My hands looks great and this whats matter! It is hard for me to sit on any spa appointments due to my back problems, i dont like it, i feel exhausted and not getting any pleasure put of it. It was hard, however ambiance in the place made it a little more pleasant- they have TV with some Russian concerts, so i've got some entertainment. However in pedicure room was very cold I thought i'll die there! Thank god on of the girls switched off AC i may say that i liked the pedicure cosmetics they use, i've found it very productive! Also i'd like to mention master-artist inspiration, she is an amazing professional, she absolutely inspired with what she does, which absolutely a great plus since you don't have this hard feeling like you taking to much somebody's time and person gets annoying working with you, even though its their job snd they got paid really good, you know sometimes you can sense it in other places, which i do have like. For me if you not in the mood to work, to do your job with smile and satisfy your clients- so don't work, Oksana showed very good customer service and professionalism! I hope nothing will change within the time! I'll see how my nails will last within the time till my next appointment which has been already scheduled and i might fulfill my post with more information and pictures! The bottom line is i am happy with the service i've got - Amazing Russian Manicure with topnotch American customer service approach!

Waited about 10-15 min before I could be seen after my appointment time, which i was early for. I was offered something to drink, which is nice. This is a super late review! I went here on 5/28/2023 and Wendy (1 of the owners) gave me a…read morechemical burn. I booked a VI peel which she did not give me. As soon as I sat down she stated that I could do a stronger peel and did not ask me or give me a choice between the 2. and she did not know my skin and she put a stronger chemical on my face. She stated that she has been creating concoctions for her other clients and they had good results. But she did not give me a choice whether I wanted what I actually booked compared to what it is that she wanted to do and my skin has suffered greatly. My face was on fire when she applied the peel and she even wanted to do a second coat until I said NO! My skin now has chemical burns on my cheeks and my chin and this was a horrible experience! I'm sure the people she made these concoctions for trying to play chemist also had terrible results. She did not know my skin and as professional she should not be recommending stronger chemicals as everyone knows low and slow is the best way to go ESPECIALLY ON BLACK SKIN! When I got my sensi peel with her last year which was my first chemical peel, before I barely sat in the chair she was telling me to get the Vi Peel stating the sensi "wouldn't really peel" and I told her no because I was new to chemical peels which she knew because I made that clear when I entered the room. so clearly that's her thing to be a FAKE chemist giving people stronger chemicals and not knowing their skin. I wish I remembered my sensi experience with her because I would have booked with Carla and NOT her. As Carla did my 1st Vi Peel last year and she did not recommend anything stronger or pressure me. Wendy did not even state what it was exactly she was putting on my face. She did not give details or the percentage and I asked her days later via text and she still didn't confirm. She gave me her number and put me in an Uber to go home and she charged me for a cheaper peel and not the Vi Peel since that's not what she gave me but that clearly shows her guilt knowing that she messed up my face with an entirely too strong chemical. I'm on day five and the peel still has not fully come off of my face. I don't know how much longer it's going to take for it to come off compared to when I got the vi peel I was done peeling by day 6 and that won't be the case in this situation. The parts that have already peeled, my skin underneath is so much lighter because it's burned and the chemical went to a deeper layer. so now I'm going back to my dermatologist and praying that this can be reversed and my pigment is fully restored. Wendy should not be allowed to see or treat clients because she's not good at it, she recommends higher degrees of chemicals which has negative affects on peoples faces, because I'm sure that I'm not the only person that has had this experience. Won't be returning here!
