Through her training, all of my dogs have developed the skills they needed. The training is ongoing and I've been able to go at a pace that works for my schedule and budget. I now feel much more in control of my dogs' behavior. All three of my dogs are reactive in different ways and the training has made a huge difference. Ria is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a way that actually helps me understand what I'm doing and why. She's also very consistent, which I really appreciate. I've worked with other trainers before, but it never felt like an ongoing relationship where I could ask questions or continue learning like I can with Ria. We've done both individual sessions and group reactivity classes and I love that my dogs get to practice being around other dogs in a structured, non-judgmental environment. I've seen real progress in each of them. One has improved with aggressive and overprotective behavior, another has built confidence, and my third has gained obedience skills and improved socialization. I also use their daycare for my youngest dog and he absolutely loves it. He's been going for about six months now. He comes home happy and tired from physical activity and mental enrichment. The facility is great, the staff are caring, and I love getting photo updates. It's also a big plus that they have grooming services on-site. It gives me extra peace of mind that the facilities are all indoors and they work closely with the vet next door in case of an emergency. I'm really grateful to have found a place that supports both my dogs and me!

Created an account chose the service for our dog scheduled online and put my deposit. I got an email confirmation about my appointment being accepted. My appointment was scheduled for 1030 which is the time that they open. I went to the location which is a 20 min drive . Got there at 10:20. No one was there . Figure 1030 is when they open. I waited still no one showed. I called the number couple times. No one answered. I left a message. I then waited till 1045. Still no one answered. No one showed. Left a message I was leaving and to refund me back my deposit . Received a text 1pm. Asking if I can come at 1:40 or any other time that day . I replied no and then decided to call her. At no point did she apologize for no one being there at my schedule time appointment or any kind of empathy for missing the appointment or inconvenience. She simply wanted to know when I can come in. I just asked her to refund me back my deposit and we would call it a day. She agreed. That was two weeks ago. I have followed up with her twice already and still have not received my refund. It is only $25 so at this point I'm taking the loss of $25 which is not a big deal but the whole point is if you're running a small business, I would think that you should be a little bit more professional with other people's time as well. It's a shame to think that $25 is what she gained when if it was all would've went well we groom our dog once a month which is about 100 bucks so you can do the math. All it would have took was I'm sorry for the mishap but let's reschedule and I'll take care of your dog . Maybe offer a discount or a free service add on anything .
