After one office…read morevisit, I realized that I needed to ask her a simple question, one that would take under a minute to answer. I called her office, explained my question, and asked to speak with her, or for someone to ask her my question and tell me what she said. She refused to do this, and instructed the person I was speaking with to tell me to make another appointment. In all the time I was treated by D. Wallach, not once did I ever ask her to speak with me on the phone or did I ever call her. I thought what she did was inappropriate, uncaring and unprofessional. Also exploitive; she probably wanted to collect another office visit fee. The next time I saw her, I had a UT infection. I have been treated for this common infection before. She obviously didn't know how to treat this kind of infection. She looked what to do up on her cell phone, and prescribed Bactracin. I told her that I did not believe that Bactracin was the appropriate antibiotic for a UT infection. She told me it would work. It didn't, and my condition worsened, I had two problems: severe pain and the risk of a kidney infection (could be very serious). I called my primary doctor, and he prescribed Cipro or Keflex, and in a couple of days I was fine. Bottom line, she lacked experience with treating a garden variety, common infection, and did as little as possible, either because she couldn't be bothered and did not care about a patient, and/or she wanted to create a billable event.

The doctor is obviously competent and caring, but also has enough tough and humor to get great results from somewhat recalcitrant little old lady. Her assistant, Angie, has also been incredibly helpful and patient with us and the women at the front desk for the whole practice, who I'm ashamed I can't name, have been just so much fun and wonderful with my mother. I really can't recommend them all highly enough. They've made some of the hardest parts of life just that much easier. And in case you're looking at more than one site, I am indeed spamming this everywhere I can, because I'm generally not a reviewer, but so appreciate Dr. Jamison and her whole office that I'm doing what my mother told me to and giving credit where credit is due.

When my wife's breast cancer treatment involved surgery in November 2025, we searched for a…read moresurgical oncologist with a good reputation and a history that excels in several ways. We found just such a specialist: Dr Sarah Blair at UCSD. We read about Dr Blair's work as a medical scientist with numerous research articles published. This was encouraging. We also learned that she is a professor of surgery at UC San Diego School of Medicine. And we learned first hand that Dr Blair is a kind and caring clinician. A study of her reviews online demonstrates that her patients love her and trust her with their health. Dr Blair is everything we hoped for, and her surgical skill is extraordinary; my wife recovered from bilateral lumpectomy with slight, only minimal scarring. Facing breast cancer surgery is incredibly stressful. The time Dr Blair took to explain everything in detail and to consult with us about my wife's concerns is beyond what we expected. We also want to thank Dr Blair's nurse, Carmelita. Carmelita followed through on details and followed up with us on so many things that could have easily fallen through the cracks. With Carmelita's assistance, everything for my wife's surgery went well and the outcome is excellent. We are grateful to have discovered Dr Blair, and we hope that anyone in similar circumstances is fortunate enough to consult with her too.

The doctor was very compassionate and caring and took the time to actually listen to me and understand what I was going through which unfortunately is all too rare in today's medical community. Furthermore, my patient care coordinator, Anaiyah, has been equally amazing in everything! This is a very scary time for me and she has helped me navigate all of the unknown questions that I have had in regards to setting up blood work and other appointments. If management sees this, please make sure and share with the parties I have mentioned.
