There definitely were some tasty herbs in each. It wasn't later that I found out from my friends that the Black one possibly had blood in it. The size of this breakfast was fairly massive and I had a hard time finishing off everything on the plate - in fact I did end up leaving half the black pudding behind on the plate. The staff and chef at the newly named Grey's Lane Bistro (formerly Goat Street Cafe) have exceeded our expectations, both with the food and the service. We were referred here by the owner of the B&B that we are staying at (Bambury's). We arrived for dinner and ordered a soup, salad and steak. The soup was great, but made slightly more delicious by adding a pinch of pepper. The salad was fresh and tasty, adding a side slice of chorizo and a crostini with goat cheese. The steak had a side of some sort of creamy pepper corn sauce, onions sautéed in red wine and a side of potato and root vegetables. I wish I had taken a photo of the food, but it was so delicious we couldn't help but dig in. What a great find this was.
