Only after unsuccessfully trying to make adjustments to my old hearing aids I purchased my fifth pair of hearing aids a few weeks ago at Beltone in Covina. I cannot say enough about Kelly Williams the Audiologist . She was very helpful in assessing my needs and scheduling follow up visits to make adjustments to my hearing aids. My new hearing aids are absolutely the best I have ever purchased. Once again I am completely satisfied and happy that I returned to this location for my hearing needs. They stayed open late for us because we couldn't get a regular appointment time. Naomi at the front desk is really friendly as was Will. Will asked me several questions about my hearing history I sat in a silent chamber. I'm sure I could hear my heart beat! He explained the diagnostics after the exam. Will Dodd was very personable and explained many of the causes of hearing loss/damage. At the end of the visit he gave us the report which I now use to show people I'm not completely deaf!

I tried cutting onins to stimulate my tears, but almost no tears came out facing over the cut onions. i nerve had dry eyes in my entire life before!!! before whenever i cut onions, i would had tears non stop for 5 minutes, but now my eyes don't produce tears - this is horrible!!! further more, their off charged me 2.5% transaction fee for use a credit card to pay the copay.

Today they used a new technology that I think is really cool and makes things easier, where the room turns all green when I am at the right lung capacity for my breath holds. It's really cool and eliminates the worry of "am I doing this right?". I really like this place. Cancer is a hard journey. It's been the hardest journey of my life. It's been an exhausting and terrifying test of what I can endure, mentally and physically. Not everyone I've dealt with on this journey has been pleasant, some have been downright awful and brought me to tears, so it's REALLY nice to be surrounded by such great people for my radiation experience. I'm very happy here and recommend this place for my fellow fighters. We've got this!

She saw he was in pain and uncomfortable she gave him his time off work and the antibiotic to help fight off his infection. She took his time with him and went into depth about the issue he had. I would give this review 5 stars BUT I do think the receptionist's need to work on their customer service. I walked in and one of the girls just looked at me and told me "whats up. Not even how can I help you or anything. In her defense, I think she was new. I even heard one of them talking bad about the person on the phone while she had her on hold. Kind of unprofessional. The girl who did help me was very nice but some of the other ladies need some training.

All my old man issues were all addressed and times I needed her the most she would call back and that meant the world. This place is a joke. I called in the morning regarding a simple form that needed to be reviewed…read moreand signed by the doctor, but I never received a call back, so I eventually went into the office myself. When I arrived, the front desk told me that I would need to wait up to 10 business days for the form to be completed. However, they then gave me a document to sign stating that the processing time was 5 business days, which was confusing and inconsistent. I even offered to wait in the office until the doctor had a chance to review and sign the form, but I was told that was not an option. What made the situation even more frustrating is that my physician had already faxed the paperwork to this office multiple times and never received a response. Every time I tried calling, I was placed on hold for over an hour, even when the automated system stated that there were only two callers ahead of me. After waiting nearly the entire day, I finally received a call back and was given yet another answer. This time, I was told that the form would most likely be signed and sent back by the following day. The lack of communication and inconsistent information has made what should have been a very simple process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. This office seriously needs to improve its phone system, communication between staff, and consistency when providing patients with information. Patients should not have to spend hours calling, make an unnecessary trip to the office, and receive multiple different answers just to have a straightforward form reviewed and signed.
