I was referred to HearUSA by United Healthcare Hearing & AARP. I was able to get an appointment the same week. Dr. Yvonne Feffer was very professional, helpful, and pleasant. On March 11th my mom was given hearing aids that we waited ONLY 3 days to get..Yvonne couldn't have been more patient with my mother...she spoke slowly..quietly..soothing...she answered all our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable with the fact if they WERE NOT easy to use she had 3 times to visit before she was obligated to keep them after 45 days Unfortunately my mom had problems putting them in and needed help ...after nine days she decided to give them back and wait till COVID 19 Is over to take another stab..thank you again Yvonne read more

We purchased my wife's hearing aids from Hear USA. While they were expensive, the outstanding service provided by Hear USA in Evanston has made the price we paid well worth it. They very willingly give hearing tests at reasonable or no cost at all. When my wife's charger for hearing aids stopped working, they provided us with a free one. Most recently, one of the batteries in her hearing aids stopped working, and the receptionist dropped off two, free of charge. We feel very fortunate to have purchased my wife's hearing aids from Hear USA, and are happy to recommend them highly. Frederick C. read more

The Doctor of Audiology and the staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, thorough, attentive -- we have many good things to say about them. The Doctor is excellent with older people -- even those who are stubborn about taking the right steps to get the best outcome. She steps up and helps them to the degree that is possible. I recommend the office without reservation. read more
