Upon completion of the exam I was told I owed an additional $200, actually $400 because my wife also was tested. Fast (?) forward 1 year and I recieve a bill for $200 for my wife's exam, thatt I already paid for, but no bill for my identical procedure. Contacted their office and was told billing would contact me later that week. 6 months later got a second bill. I will spare you the rest but the short version is 2 years + after the exam North Side has recieved payments from Medicare, me, and from my insurance carrier. I shoud have recieved a refund from North Side because I paid a balance that my insurance company covered. I don't expect a refund but do expect to receive another bogus bill in a few months.

After receiving my hearing aids, I couldn't believe the difference. They are so easy to wear, the pre-set setting was perfect for me and I could not be more pleased. Love everything about them. My husband previously had very expensive hearing aids that were getting older and the cost to repair them was more than a new pair from Sound World. He too is just thrilled with his new hearing aids. The customer service is also outstanding. The hearing aids arrived one day after placing our orders. Thank you, Sound World for a great and affordable product.

When we first arrived at the office, the person who greeted us was less than welcoming. I was annoyed and ready for a battle. However....... when Jennifer arrived she couldn't have been better!!! Jennifer took the time to explain how the device worked -- the pre-set buttons and the ability to customize the settings. Neither my father nor I are technically-savvy so her patience and thorough step-by-step instructions gave us confidence in the product and our ability to meet my Dad's changing needs. Jennifer rocks! I would have given this business 5 stars except for the attitude of the person at the front desk. -- Barbara Zen

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Elizabeth Anderson Parks and her office…read more I had a 2:00 PM appointment for my annual physical, which I scheduled months in advance and took time off work to attend. I arrived at 1:56 PM--four minutes early--and was told by the receptionist that I was "late" and that the doctor might not see me. She contacted Dr. Anderson Parks, who declined to see me. I respectfully asked if they could check again, explaining that I had taken time off work and had arrived before my scheduled appointment time. A staff member (possibly a nurse or scheduler) came out, and followed up with the doctor, and I was told she would not see me. I was then informed that I was expected to arrive at 1:45 PM for a 2:00 PM appointment. However, this requirement was not clearly communicated to me. I showed proof on my phone of both my scheduled appointment time and my arrival, but the staff still refused to accommodate me. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager, I was given a contact name and number that turned out to be incorrect. When I called, I was told that no one by that name worked there. I have since filed a complaint with Endeavor Health, and they acknowledged that this situation was handled poorly. I regularly see many doctors and have had positive experiences elsewhere, which made this encounter even more awful. Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional medical office experiences I've had. I would not recommend this provider.
