There is a delay between Sears receiving service request and Ano Appliance making a service appointment. For a return service request, I have to call Sears again and wait for Ano Appliance to call again. Authorizations depend on reports from Ano Appliance to Sears. Everyone is polite on phone but refrigerator still not working. It has been three (3) months. Option #1 is to wait for Sears to get report for most recent service call by Ano Appliance before they will do anything. My only other option is to go buy a new refrigerator and to cancel the Sears contract. As the customer I have no leverage. Sears Home Warranty is handled by a company called Cinch in Florida. Lesson learned: Be wary of paying for any home warranty plan. Most are run by a mainland company. Service is farmed out to some local company you have no say about.

Arrived early, clerk Chris verified my name on the list & was ready to assist! Took my child's picture, verified necessary documents, paid & was outta there in a flash! Small hiccup on my part was discovered after we left. Chris was kind enough to call both phone numbers on my application to explain.
