A friend of mine shared about her experience with getting the Shen Men piercing to help with anxiety and it peaked my interest! I did quite a bit of research and decided to do it, while also convincing my mom and sister to get one too. I read and heard great things about Gavin so that's who we went with They are open Wednesday to Sunday I believe. I called on a Monday and left a voicemail, Gavin called me Wednesday and we made an appointment for the 12th! The day came and the shop was pretty easy to find. The Parking situation isn't ideal, but it's nothing that would keep me from coming here. When we came in to be honest it wasn't a super friendly environment, it felt like the people who were working there were almost bothered by us coming in. Aside from feeling kind of unwelcome, we got started on the paperwork while Gavin was finishing up with another client. The paperwork was easy to understand and didn't take too long to go through. Then Gavin showed us the jewelry options, there were plenty to choose from and he was very knowledgeable of all of them. I decided I'd like to go first. He prepped his station and we were ready to go. The Shen men piercing can be helpful for anxiety management because it goes on a pressure point. The specific pressure point can be slightly different for everyone. Gavin took his time to test and find just the right spot for each of us. Very thorough, respectful, and kind. He explained every step of the process which definitely helped us all feel more comfortable. He cleaned his station after each one of us and was very professional the entire time. I love my piercing! I feel like the service itself was priced fairly and Gavin made it a great experience. I would recommend Gavin to anyone and everyone! If I ever plan to get another piercing, I will be back here without a doubt. read more

I got some ear piercings here while my daughter got an ear and septum piercings. The piercer really cares about her job and was very precise. She tailors the piercing to the shape of your anatomy, the type of jewelry you will be wearing and even the function (if the septum needed to be hidden sometimes for any reason) In talking with her, I even got the sense that she would have talked to us about options if she thought that we didn't have the correct anatomy for the piercings that we wanted. Even though this shop is a drive for me, I will go back to here for any future piercings. read more

My husband and I were in town from California and decided it would be a good time for septum piercings. We scheduled our appointments with Jaysha as recommended by local friends. We can thoroughly say she was amazing! She made the entire process so smooth. The shop itself has a great ambiance. Very clean with very attentive employees. There is a separate room where you can look at jewelry they offer. The piercings were perfect and exactly what we wanted. Jaysha takes her time in ensuring she has the "sweet" spot for the septum piercings, which we greatly appreciated. If ever we want another piercing, we will only go with Jaysha! read more

I took my 14 year old to get her ears pierced for the second time. We took her to Claire's first-big mistake. Gavin was excellent. He was so helpful, did a great job and even gave us his cell phone if we had any problems or questions. We reached out (because my daughter's ears are incredibly sensitive) and he was super helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend Gavin for piercings!!! read more

they were willing to ask any and every question we had and was super super nice about it. Gavin was an amazing piercer who made us feel comfortable, and had an amazing vibe to him. The services we requested was a tragus re-piercing of a closed piercing, and two lobes for my husband and it went super smooth! read more

Swade is an absolutely amazing artist. He has a way of turning a vision into reality perfectly. I sent him a few pictures (that weren't tattoos) and when he showed me what he had drawn up it was just like "yes!" far better than anything I could've imagined. You can tell that he's truly passionate about what he's doing by the way he pays so much attention to every little detail. The fact that he has such a wide range of style when it comes to his tattoos is extremely impressive (and rare) as well. Swade has worked so hard to get to where he is and will continue to do so. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a quality tattoo to love forever. I never leave reviews, so this says a lot. Just a genuine review from a girl who loves her tattoo! read more

We had a great experience here. My four year old was ready to get her ears pierced but I preferred to have a professional piercer over getting it done at the mall. This place had great reviews and we were not disappointed. They were clean and professional and Gavin was silly with my daughter which made her feel comfortable and less nervous. We wore masks in because we have an immune sensitive family member and Brandon even offered to put on a mask if we wanted him to. read more

I have been suffering from Tinnitus for about 2 years now and was looking for solutions to help alleviate some of the sound and symptoms. I found that tragus piercings were extremely helpful so I reached out to Braden to talk about my options. First off, let me tell you, Braden is a complete gem! He took the time to talk to me about options, pressure points and things he has found to be helpful for neurological problems. When it came time to get the piercings done he was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. I have a bad needle phobia but he walked me through the process... did it quickly and did a stellar job. I would highly recommend this shop for the staff, the service and the results! I love these guys and they definitely made me feel at home and at ease about something that was pretty dang painful but it was a fun time throughout! ha! read more

One more piercing for anxiety! This piercing wasn't very painful comparison of getting my daith piercings. But it's all about location for sure. This piercing is definitely helping already! I'll probably go back and get the other side done next month. Gavin walked me through the entire process, helped me pick out the perfect jewelry. He only wanted to do one side to see how it helps, and if I need to come back. The place is hospital! I love this shop and they will have me as a returning customer for Jewelry changes in the future. read more

I've gotten 5 plus tattoos from Nash and I absolutely LOVE them and the experience of getting them here. Nash is super helpful and professional. I have been wanting a septum piercing for a while and finally decided to do it. Making an appointment was extremely easy and they were able to get me in the next day. Everyone was so nice as soon as I walked through the door. The business was clean/professional but was a relaxing environment. All the artists had their own style and seemed to be genuinely happy and themselves, which I loved. While getting the piercing Braden talked me through everything and the piercing came out great!
