Had a horrible experience with tattoo artist Kaden Roberts. I tried booking with him because I saw…read morehis work genuinely liked it but professionalism is something that he lacks. I tried to get an appointment with him marked down but he would take over 10-18 hours to reply. I tried working with his schedule and once I had a whole week free so he didn't have to work around me he stopped replying. I tried bringing up the issue of the communication and his resolution was to be upset that I didn't know his schedule and ended up blocking me for even bringing it and I wasn't even trying to offend him I was just trying to book in a time. While it would take him hours to reply when I was trying to schedule it only took him minutes once I brought up the communication. For this reason I would not recommend working with him or trying to schedule maybe you'll have better luck with being a walk in.

The music was nice and all the workstations looked very clean. They took my id and had me fill out some paperwork. After that I went to the back piercing room and was helped by Ciara. She was super nice and professional. She helped me with a placement that worked well for my body and got it all done very quickly. Immediately after it was done she cleaned the workspace and took pictures of the piercing for the Instagram. I was given a great aftercare sheet and she answered all my questions. Overall the environment in Art Of The Heart was very professional and nice. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back for any future tattoos or piercings.
