They definitely do participate in price gouging their customers. Unfortunately that is pretty normal for the industry. They have an ok selection of rares and a poor following for magic so if you come in at the beginning of a set there is a decent chance of you being able to buy the singles you are looking for. This was back in July 2021. As of now, Sept 23, 2021, I still haven't received any updates. Asking them thru ig, they give you an automated message saying how the boxes are delayed (according to them, they are receiving them in waves) and do not respond to emails at all. I have tried to be understanding of the situation but they have the worst customer service ever. I start to get sus when I noticed they were deleting comments that were asking about updates for their orders on their evolving skies post. I was one of those deleted comments. My advice: don't have preorders opened for months if you can't guarantee that customers will get them at a timely manner. I noticed they told someone they had preorders opened since MAY 2021. I'm not surprised if they just oversold. Giving them until the end of the month to respond to my email before I dispute with my bank because this is ridiculous.

Fortuitously, I actually needed some sleeves, so I went in to check it out. It's definetly a small store, thus their selection is quite small, but there did have a little bit of everything. And interestingly enough, they have a bunch of hot wheels and die cast cars. Which is unusual for a game store like this, but pretty cool! I had my two toddlers with me, so it was fun to let them pick a .75 hot wheel to buy. They also have a handful of tables to play on and at the time I was there, they were all full. The guy that rang me up was friendly and said that they have been here for two years now and wishes they did more marketing as he said many people say the same thing as me, which is "I had no idea there was a game store here". The storefront itself is probably a bit on the larger end of what most stores are like. However, as we came to find out, the play area of the store makes the total are of the store pretty huge. Not quite Oasis Games territory, but not terribly far off either. The play area is to the left of the front desk and its set up kind of like a large loft. Underneath there 10 or so D&D or warhammer tables, and then you take some stairs and above there are a dozen traditional sized tables for magic or whatever else.
