Kimberly reached out to us to work out a time to meet and tour the venue because they were doing so many new upgrades. She is the most amazing human. She honored everything in the contract and she helped me through the entire process. She was a key person who helped when it came to set up and take down. She made the process so easy and stepped in to help anytime we asked. Even with the wedding itself, she interacted with our guests and they all loved her. She was polite and extremely respectful with everyone she spoke to. We loved her so much we had the photographer take a picture of us with her for our album. She is unresponsive to my calls and texts when it comes to asking for our money that we paid her, all she says is that she doesn't have money to pay me. We have filed police report against this business. Don't do any business with any business she's associating herself. She might seem friendly at first but she can't be trusted!

The setting is beautiful and timeless and it was so nice to have most of the stress of the wedding handled by the wonderful staff. The lighting was so soft and elegant. It has the perfect lay out for a ceremony, reception, pictures and dance floor; we took advantage of all of these. The staff was so accommodating and kind. While we, her parents were thrilled with the day, our daughter, her new husband and our family and friends all seemed to love it just as much. It was a great experience.
