When I found myself walking through the threshold between the Bambino and Cactus and Tropicals, I was pretty sure I'd entered into a Hallmark movie. It's another worldly. There are adorable displays all over-trinkets and little goodies to accompany your flowers and plants-and there are plenty of those! He seemed irritated that we were using our own cater even though we paid an extra 100 for using an out side cater. They new I was very upset with there service so they promised they would try and do everything they could so that nothing else goes wrong. But the day of our wedding the people who were there didn't seem like they knew what was going on. $500 worth of flowers for my bridal party were dropped off at the reception hall and someone put them in the fridge. Meanwhile when my ceremony started no one knew where they were. They didn't find my flowers until after my ceremony. I would NOT recommend them. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, without having to worry if the people that are running your wedding are going to do what they were paid to do.

I returned during graduation season to pick up some flowers to make a lei. There wasn't a large…read moreselection and I needed some type of orange for school colors. I ended up grabbing some white and orange flowers of the same type. Upon unwrapping the orange flowers at home I noticed they were white flowers spray painted orange!! They were flaking all over the place because the spray paint wasn't sticking to the petals very well. Idk if this is a normal thing florists do, but it was the first time I've encountered the practice. When it was bunched up as a bouquet inside the cooler it didn't look to be spray painted. It was only when I got it home and unwrapped it that I saw how terrible it looked. I don't think I will be back to Ensign after this experience. It was very disappointing.
