The only downside is the equipment is in need of a refresh. The boardroom we had, the projector was low resolution and still 4:3 aspect ratio. The hdmi connector was heavily worn so we couldn't use the projector sadly. Booking online was relatively easy but the description and included amenities were a bit vague. A simple phone call to followup solved the issue.

So eventually I called the local community manager who said she couldn't do anything and gave me a phone number to call, saying they would help sort things out. After 15 minutes on hold and another 15-20 minutes going round and round with a gentleman that kept trying to refer me to their new website, I realized that he couldn't actually resolve my issue. When I asked him that point blank, he admitted he couldn't and finally gave me yet another help desk number to call. So I am on hold with them again. Maybe this is part of the strategy? An endless number of clueless, helpless people on the other end of the line that chew up your time and energy until you finally give up?

We've purchased elsewhere before where the plants are root bound, root rot, or bad little critters, but the plants here are in amazing shape! We bought a few plants and were extremely happy with them. We'll definitely stop by again when we're in the area...and we'll probably buy another plant or two :)
